Shi Salon

Terrible Terrible Experience there. I was the first on in the door today at 10:15am 5/15/2012. I am a male who is used to having a regular fade. Today, this lady named Mojgan Saati was the only cosmetologist there. She sat me in her chair and she was not prepared at all. She asked me what I wanted and started on my hair. Not even a minute later the phone rang and she picked it up going on about on a conversation on the phone while I AM WAITING for her to continue. Soon after that it all went to hell. She gave me a fade to the TOP of my head. Soon she did not know how to continue as she had messed up so she asked another cosmetologist to help her and she said she couldn't help her. She had already messed up and did not know what to do. The Mojgan Saati told me to come later, she did not want to continue because she has NO FREAKING IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING. Why the hell would she even try if she does not what to do. I hope management takes care of this because not only are they going to loose me as a customer but I will make sure others know through posting on every site I can. At the end of the haircut I looked like I had lost a bet! Shame on you Mojgan. Take some classes! more

this salon was very clean and the girls were so friendly. would I reccommend this saoln to my family and friends? OF COURSE!!!! more

i went in for a haircut, ended up getting some highlights & products. I love the silkology line they carry! it leaves my hair smooth and silky. I'm sticking with them its just so convenient they're open 7 days a week until 8p which is perfect for most of us that get off of work late. Pros: great service more

ok so I went in to the salon asking for my blonde highlights I always seem to get around summer time. I don't remember the stylist name, ( I don't think she ever told me). the first thing she ask, is what I want so I try to explain, I simply told her that I wanted blonde highlights, ( not orange), she asked me if I wanted all over, I said yes but I don't want them chunky, but it was like she did not understand me, so she asked her asst. manager. Well the outcome was horrific, I was almost in tears leaving out of there. My hair did not even look like highlights on one side of my hair, it just looked like a big patch of blonde hair, & the hair underneath was also all blonde, no streaks, I had orange spots from where the bleach bled through, I had some hair strands that were half blonde & half orange & it looked like I already had roots!!! I was like OMG!! I do have to say, I went back the following Monday & had the Ass. manager (Christina) fix my hair. Thanks to her, my hair looks a whole lot better now (THANK GOD)! Will I ever go back? NO NEVER AGIAN! Pros: NICE SALON more
