Terrible Terrible Experience there. I was the first on in the door today at 10:15am 5/15/2012. I am a male who is used to having a regular fade. Today, this lady named Mojgan Saati was the only cosmetologist there. She sat me in her chair and she was not prepared at all. She asked me what I wanted and started on my hair. Not even a minute later the phone rang and she picked it up going on about on a conversation on the phone while I AM WAITING for her to continue. Soon after that it all went to hell. She gave me a fade to the TOP of my head. Soon she did not know how to continue as she had messed up so she asked another cosmetologist to help her and she said she couldn't help her. She had already messed up and did not know what to do. The Mojgan Saati told me to come later, she did not want to continue because she has NO FREAKING IDEA WHAT SHE IS DOING. Why the hell would she even try if she does not what to do. I hope management takes care of this because not only are they going to loose me as a customer but I will make sure others know through posting on every site I can. At the end of the haircut I looked like I had lost a bet! Shame on you Mojgan. Take some classes!
