ok so I went in to the salon asking for my blonde highlights I always seem to get around summer time. I don't remember the stylist name, ( I don't think she ever told me). the first thing she ask, is what I want so I try to explain, I simply told her that I wanted blonde highlights, ( not orange), she asked me if I wanted all over, I said yes but I don't want them chunky, but it was like she did not understand me, so she asked her asst. manager. Well the outcome was horrific, I was almost in tears leaving out of there. My hair did not even look like highlights on one side of my hair, it just looked like a big patch of blonde hair, & the hair underneath was also all blonde, no streaks, I had orange spots from where the bleach bled through, I had some hair strands that were half blonde & half orange & it looked like I already had roots!!! I was like OMG!! I do have to say, I went back the following Monday & had the Ass. manager (Christina) fix my hair. Thanks to her, my hair looks a whole lot better now (THANK GOD)! Will I ever go back? NO NEVER AGIAN!
