Assembly Line 11/30/2011

Competent doctors and friendly staff, but an impersonal process. Everything is set up like an assembly line and staff appear to have a given amount of time that they are allotted to spend on each task, each person, etc. in a specific order; which they record on a sheet. I had Lasix done and the office literally set up a line of clients who were directed to sit in for 5 minutes in chair 1, then 5 min. in chair 2, etc. In one end and out the other like a machine. No personal service at all! more

Really Good Eye Doc 3/20/2006

I went to Dr. Zarnegar when I had an eye infection and he was really good. He seemed to know what he was talking about and took the time to answer my questions. He seemed genuinely concerned about me and was not like many of the doctors that I have seen who have made me feel rushed and very unimportant. more

Good doctors and service...terrible wait 8/4/2005

The office provides excellent eye care. You could go to any of the doctors within the group and feel confident that you are receiving top notch care. There are two major drawbacks to this office. One of the drawbacks is that the waiting room is huge and it is always full. You should anticipate being in the waiting area for at least 45 minutes after your appointment is scheduled. The other drawback is the billing department. Last time that I went, I provided my new insurance information. They did not use it and billed my old insurance and they are now coming after me personally for the money, even though I told them that they need to bill the correct insurance. more
