Competent doctors and friendly staff, but an impersonal process. Everything is set up like an assembly line and staff appear to have a given amount of time that they are allotted to spend on each task, each person, etc. in a specific order; which they record on a sheet. I had Lasix done and the office literally set up a line of clients who were directed to sit in for 5 minutes in chair 1, then 5 min. in chair 2, etc. In one end and out the other like a machine. No personal service at all!
