Linda Wander always makes me smile with her ability to listen to my needs for my hair and really help me find the look I'm going for at any given time! I'm always doing something different, growing it out, cutting it off, coloring it, whatever....but I always walk out feeling like a total rock star!!! Love ya, girl! more

I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my entire life. I will never return to this business EVER again, and I'll never refer anyone to this business. This company will first reel you in with "excellent savings" or a discount book....that they give to MANY other customers,these discount books have expiration date that are unrealistic. I was unable to receive all the"discounted service" When calling for an appointment they make you feel like your the inconvenience to them and their business...I was told that my schedule was conflicting with the stylist. HELLO PEOPLE I AM the customer here..... Customers are NOT the inconvenience. WE bring in the money. I work retail and I know good and bad service. more

When I work on copywriting for a company, I try to incorporate the character of that company or of its owner into the words. Owner Linda Wander of Shear Dynamics does that with her Image Profiling technique. She interviewed me to find out what was and what wasn't working with my hair and its style/cut. She considered me as a person and my lifestyle need for a style that is easy to recreate. Then, she asked me to take a chance on us doing something new for my "do." WE DID. I love it. more

So where do I begin? Maybe the way they brag that they have all this training, yet when I ask for what they would recommend for a fun new hairstyle... I get the blank stare and the same style I already had. Or how about the wax they spilled on my shirt- then cleaned it with oil that really stained it. When I went to pay... I was told $15 and they charged me $30. I asked about it and they said.. "oh, sorry! I forgot we did lip & eyebrows". First of all... holy crap for expensive! Second, just tell me you forgot so I am not surprised by what you charged my card! Third... YOU RUINED MY SHIRT! How about an apology and discount!?!? As far as the massage appointment- was the lady working for you or the bar that was advertised on her T-shirt? Lastly.. how about paying attention to the customer you are working with and not the interview that is going on out in the middle of the salon, where customers can hear! more

There are so many positive reasons to go to Shear Dynamics! They treat each client with the utmost respect. I love the fact that they do a thorough consultation before they start. If there is something you were unhappy with, they are very gracious in resolving the issue and making sure you are happy. I appreciate that Shayna will consult with Linda if she has any question about my hair, and doesn't take offense that I am sometimes really picky. Shayna, as well as the entire staff at Shear Dynamics absolutely ROCKS! Sure I'd like to have the prices a little lower, but the phrase "you get what you pay for" definitely fits here. more

I always look forward to getting my hair done here. I trust my stylist completely and know she will always do a great job. The atmosphere is nice and I like the fact that you are all like a small family. Everyone is so friendly and a person really does feel pampered there. Keep up the good work!!! more

Had an appointment with Linda, but I was in a big hurry...so Shayna, who I have seen before, jumped right in and got me in and out while keeping everyone one schedule!!!!! Thanks for the great service girls... more

I came in and got my highlights redone, and a hair cut! Everything went perfect. I really enjoy going there. The only negative part was my bangs are different then normal and I didnt ask for that change, so now they lay funny on my face. Not a huge issue, because they will grow out fast. Otherwise I love it all and will be back around Christmas time! more

As usual, I received the best haircut! Even more, I was treated with care and was able to share conversation about my faith with Linda. There is no good alternative to Shear Dynamics! more

I had gone there for several satisfactory visits...(but was given "must have") enhanced treatments; then on the last occasion, was told I HAD TO HAVE some treatment on my roots so the color would take.....bottom line, my scalp was burned to bleeding.....painful!!! (also, a FYI, a 1/2 price hair cut will cost 80 bucks, by the time enhancements are ordered!!! more

Lisa is the best hairstylist in St. Cloud. She cuts and colors my hair and can match any picture I bring in to her. She consult with me beforehand on what I want and how she will achieve the look. When I first moved to St. Cloud 4 years ago, I tried many different place and this is where I found the best! Thank you Lisa. more
