So where do I begin? Maybe the way they brag that they have all this training, yet when I ask for what they would recommend for a fun new hairstyle... I get the blank stare and the same style I already had. Or how about the wax they spilled on my shirt- then cleaned it with oil that really stained it. When I went to pay... I was told $15 and they charged me $30. I asked about it and they said.. "oh, sorry! I forgot we did lip & eyebrows". First of all... holy crap for expensive! Second, just tell me you forgot so I am not surprised by what you charged my card! Third... YOU RUINED MY SHIRT! How about an apology and discount!?!? As far as the massage appointment- was the lady working for you or the bar that was advertised on her T-shirt? Lastly.. how about paying attention to the customer you are working with and not the interview that is going on out in the middle of the salon, where customers can hear!
