Everything was fine. ShadesToYou was really good. The only negative was that the order took a long time to come in but that wasn't really their fault. I've got another order with them right now. more

ShadesToYou was quite professional. They were well informed, knew their product, and made great suggestions. They offered a range of products and allowed us to choose based on their recommendations, but they were never pushy. The installer was nice and asked me opinion of where he should place the curtains. The experience was good and I was satisfied. more

ShadesToYou had a great selection. Denise was flexible and very helpful in finding a design I approved of within my price range. I would definitely work with her again. As for the final project, I have not seen it but two people have been in the house and have told me the work turned out beautiful. Overall, they have been on top of the process and been very responsive. They were able to address the payment issue I had at the end. We understand the wrong amount was initially charged to your credit card, and we noticed the mistake and refunded the amount immediately. Our installer arrived at your home at the time we scheduled and no one was home to let him in. We had to reschedule the installation in order to keep our promised install times with other customers. The consultant from ShadesToYou that came to the house was very helpful. I was able to chose something I wanted right away from the samples she brought. We had it installed within 3 weeks. The installation itself was very quick. I love the product. It does everything it said it would. more

I had ShadesToYou do two windows for me. The frame on the first one fit perfectly and they installed it right away. The second one didn't so they had to take it back to fix it. It was done the following day. They gave me a good discount the first time I went, I wish they would continue it. more

ShadesToYou installed plantation shutters in my home. These shutters truly change the look of the house. From their sales team to their installation team, I am happy with them all the way around. I have only done half of the house and I am waiting until after the holidays to have the shutters installed in the other half. more

The entire experience with Shades to You was wonderful. The sales woman who came out was prompt and gave us several options. The order came in on time and the installer was on time (actually, he was running ahead of schedule and called us to see if we would like him earlier). When he showed up, he introduced himself, and took off his shoes. He removed the old blinds and hauled them away for us too. I am very pleased with our new blinds! more

What happened was, ShadesToYou placed a coupon advertisement in the local newspaper, and I saw it at just the right time. I had recently said, this was it, I am going to call for some blinds. We're all the way out in Clermont by Groveland, and Denise came out the same day we called because she said she was coming out this way. She came immediately, within 24 hours, and had great salesmanship, professionalism, and attitude. We appreciated the way she wasn't pushy and would talk things over with us. We normally talk things over, but this time, we decided immediately we were going to give them the business. I give Denise a majority of credit for that. She was very, very nice to work with. The service of my installer from ShadesToYou was a 5. My experience with the gentleman who came to install the blinds was great. The first time, a lady came out to measure. She was very polite, professional, and all that good stuff, but when the people came to deliver three weeks later, they had the wrong size blinds. That experience was not good. The gentleman who did the installation remeasured, and then we waited for a couple weeks, though I thought that would be quicker. He came back out, and his measurements were perfect off of that. I was very happy with the installer, but I had concerns with the measurements and how they were done. Also, the header they installed was not what I anticipated or expected. The one I was shown in the photo example book was not the one I got, so I was a little dissatisfied with that. They were nice, professional people, and they did a good job installing sturdy blinds. I am just a little frustrated with the header and wrong-sized measurements. more

Christie Whitaker represented Shades to you with admirable qualities. Her mannerism and professionalism was awesome! Had it not been for Christie's politeness and kindness, we would probably not have any shades in our home yet. The shades look so beautiful and you can tell Christie takes great pride in her work. ShadesToYou installed custom shutters in my home. I was so impressed with them from the first contact through to the installation. In fact, I was so pleased that I have another order in with them now. They're very knowledgeable and they have great prices. more

ShadesToYou are very professional, very good, on time, and they answered all of my questions. The lady, our sales rep, was good too. She had very good customer service. Sometimes I had appointment problems, and they called me right away and worked them out with me, so that was good. They did a very good job. I talked to their receptionist and told them how well they did, and I recommended them to my neighbors, who I think are doing business with them now. It's nice to work with companies like them. more
