The service of my installer from ShadesToYou was a 5. My experience with the gentleman who came to install the blinds was great. The first time, a lady came out to measure. She was very polite, professional, and all that good stuff, but when the people came to deliver three weeks later, they had the wrong size blinds. That experience was not good.
The gentleman who did the installation remeasured, and then we waited for a couple weeks, though I thought that would be quicker. He came back out, and his measurements were perfect off of that. I was very happy with the installer, but I had concerns with the measurements and how they were done.
Also, the header they installed was not what I anticipated or expected. The one I was shown in the photo example book was not the one I got, so I was a little dissatisfied with that. They were nice, professional people, and they did a good job installing sturdy blinds. I am just a little frustrated with the header and wrong-sized measurements.
