ShadesToYou had a great selection. Denise was flexible and very helpful in finding a design I approved of within my price range. I would definitely work with her again.
As for the final project, I have not seen it but two people have been in the house and have told me the work turned out beautiful.
Overall, they have been on top of the process and been very responsive. They were able to address the payment issue I had at the end. Although, due to distance, my situation could just be a communication error.

This includes from the time we initially meet you and discuss products, to when your order is placed, to exactly when we can expect the products into our warehouse and lastly up until the time we schedule the installation at a time most convenient to you. We understand the wrong amount was initially charged to your credit card, and we noticed the mistake and refunded the amount immediately. Our installer arrived at your home at the time we scheduled and no one was home to let him in. We had to reschedule the installation in order to keep our promised install times with other customers.
