Rating should be minus 10 stars.\r \r Purchased new furnace which quit working after 2 weeks. Went through hell to get prompt service and after three hour repair work service tech informed me that installation was done incorrectly and necessary parts had not been installed. Furnace worked for two more weeks and quit. Called and was told cold weather could prevent furnace from working. Cost of new furnace and installation now appears to be a complete waste of money. You should think twice, then stop and think again before you hire this company for anything. If you burn your money it will provide more heat than my brand new furnace. more

AWFUL 24h service - nonexistent 12/9/2010

Bought furnace from them a year ago and the thermostat stopped working today. placed call at 5p, 8, 10p & NO response. NOT helpful at all just said "our tech is not responding". Wow, really!? We have young children & really needed the heat to work. Will not use them if at all possible from now on. more

furnance and backing what they sell 6/2/2008

I had always used them in the past until the furnace i had them do not only did not work and is only 5 years old and it was going to cost so almost 700 to repair it....had them look at another one and it was going to be so expensive and it was encouraged to purchase a new unit.I guess if i am going to be spending 2500.00 every 5 years for a new furnace that is not going to be backed by them I would be a foolI found a much better company that is 1/2 the price covers 10 year warranty on the unit and labor wow what a shock on how much i was raced over the coals by this company. more

good service 6/27/2006

I have used Broad Ripple Heating and AC for several years. They have come out for tune-ups and repairs on my old furnace many times, and I finally had them install my new furnace and thermostat last year. I have been very happy with their work so far. They are always on time and their prices are reasonable (relatively). The repairmen have always been very polite and professional. I would recommend them. more

ON TIME REPAIRS 4/27/2006

We have used them on three service calls for our old furnace and air conditioning unit and they were on time for each call. The charges were very reasonable and I will definitely use them again. The repairman were clean and very presentable which made me feel more comfortable since my husband was not home on one occasion. We've recently moved and I plan on calling them for our a/c tune-up this summer. more

This is a great place to get your heating and cooling stuff repaired or purchased. They have serviced us for years and are honest and very compeitive prices. The service guys are clean and on time. You can't get any better! more
