Purchased new furnace which quit working after 2 weeks. Went through hell to get prompt service and after three hour repair work service tech informed me that installation was done incorrectly and necessary parts had not been installed. Furnace worked for two more weeks and quit. Called and was told cold weather could prevent furnace from working. Cost of new furnace and installation now appears to be a complete waste of money. You should think twice, then stop and think again before you hire this company for anything. If you burn your money it will provide more heat than my brand new furnace.
