I had always used them in the past until the furnace i had them do not only did not work and is only 5 years old and it was going to cost so almost 700 to repair it....had them look at another one and it was going to be so expensive and it was encouraged to purchase a new unit.I guess if i am going to be spending 2500.00 every 5 years for a new furnace that is not going to be backed by them I would be a foolI found a much better company that is 1/2 the price covers 10 year warranty on the unit and labor wow what a shock on how much i was raced over the coals by this company.
