Service Department At Northwest Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!! I was buying a 2012 Cadillac CTS-V from this dealership. I live about 3 hours from the dealership and started the process over the phone. After waiting days for them to get back to me and me trying to talk to the loan department myself i got an approved loan from the bank and put a deposit on the car! I already switched my insurance over to the new vehicle and cancelled my extended warranty and gap insurance on my trade in which already had a trade in value in the loan contract. After spending a couple hundred dollars switching the sensors from my aftermarket rims back onto the stock rims and submitting paperwork (that was rushed through as a courtesy) requesting a day off from my duties as i am a doctor in the US Army i was ON MY WAY to pick up my new vehicle when i received a call from the dealership manager telling me there was no point in me coming in to pick up my new car anymore because they sold it to somebody else just then and that i was out of luck!!!! I was stunned to say the least!!! After telling them but i already had an approved loan and they already had my deposit on the car they told me ""well sorry maybe if you had an 800 credit score it would be different!!!!!!"" I then told them i wanted my deposit back that day, needless to say i was very disappointed, or i would call a lawyer the manager then told me ""fine have your lawyer call our lawyers"" and then he hung up on me!!!!! I am currently still trying to recover my deposit and am exceedingly disappointed!!!! If you have the ability to buy a car somewhere else i would highly recommend it and avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!! more

I can honestly say that I have never had a more pleasant vehicle purchasing experience as I have had with Jeff Taylor at Northwest Dodge. I bought my H2 Hummer from him in April of this year, and was so pleased with this experience and service I received that I decided to purchase a truck for my son from him this week. Had a flyer from Northwest Dodge saying they wanted to buy my car for $7584. Thinking it sounded too good to be true, I called and spoke to a salesperson. She told me that indeed they would buy my car outright for that price as long as the car was running, clean, and had not been wrecked. I drove 30 minutes to get there only to be told, it is a trade in event, but they would buy my car for $2500. He told me they could have given me the higher price if I had a navigation system and leather seats, neither were an option in the car I have. I don't appreciate false advertising. Salespeople who are not truthful. Or anyone wasting my time and gas money. Take your business elsewhere. more

I dreaded the fact that I had to trade in my beloved Dodge truck but I knew I needed more space with the kiddos. I had originally bought my truck at this location and had a great experience so I went back to negotiate a trade in for a van. Our sales man was patient with us, my wife's many questions and not to mention the kids input as well. This Dodge Caravan is a more comfortable fit for my family, I 'm so happy it was a stress free trade in. We got the perfect match and even a car payment we could manage without worrying about cutting expenses. The sales man made this dreaded task into an overall fun experience with the family. more

I traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited at Northwest Dodge. They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in and on the new Jeep. They also worked with me to add the modifications to my new Jeep Wrangler to make it look like I wanted and add more off-road capability. Ronald Johnson(salesperson) and Sterling DeShazo(sales manager) worked with me untill the deal was done and didn't use any high pressure techniques that I have gone through in the past with other dealerships. Jim Hatfield(general manager) was very friendly and took time to talk with me about his interest in Jeeps. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I have had buying a new vehicle. This was my first time to finance a vehicle and I was extremely nervous and didn't know really what to expect. Ronald Johnson (my salesman) made my experience more than exceptional. He helped me find the right pre-owned vehicle for me and my children. He took the time to explain everything in detail. His dedication to me as his customer was exceptional. He didn't leave me alone to do things unless he had to and he saw me through everything step-by-step. Wow! What a great salesman!! In finance I saw Miguel. He's excellent in explaining the details. I was comfortable! That's a major statement since I was so skeptical, but I'm not a skeptic any longer. I have taken my vehicle into the service department for my oil changes (since NOTHING has went wrong) and the staff are friendly and quick to assist. I have owned 6 Chryslers since they came out with the 300 in 99' and I am a fan but didn't know what perfection was until this one, the 2011 300 with the 292hp V-6 Pentastar engine is supurb, I'm getting over 33mpg hwy and 22 city. The ride is what I always thought it should have been, Quiet with a capital Q and smooth in every way you would expect. They even made the interior look and feel like you're in a car costing more than twice as much. I could go on but why? Go talk to MAGGIE PROKOS test drive one and find out for yourself, you won't be dissapointed. They treat you right at Northwest! more
