I traded in my 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited at Northwest Dodge. They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in and on the new Jeep. They also worked with me to add the modifications to my new Jeep Wrangler to make it look like I wanted and add more off-road capability. Ronald Johnson(salesperson) and Sterling DeShazo(sales manager) worked with me untill the deal was done and didn't use any high pressure techniques that I have gone through in the past with other dealerships. Jim Hatfield(general manager) was very friendly and took time to talk with me about his interest in Jeeps. Overall, this was one of the best experiences I have had buying a new vehicle. I look forward to using Northwest Dodge as my dealership for any future needs.
