It was a busy evening when I visited and Keifton took time out of his other customer's time to briefly visit with me and even brought up a 2011 Dodge Durango for me to take out on a test drive. This man understands customer service. I can say that simply because when I returned he was finishing up with his other client and asked Maggie to assist. Maggie took over and WOW... was she something. Talk about an outstanding tag team. Maggie walked me through the whole process of putting together my Durango with all the bells and whistles I want. From the minute I walked in the door she catered to my needs and was sincerely interested in what it was I was looking for. I've always hated the clich?d salesmen but to my surprise the road to my first dream car was no sold to me it was shown and she was my guide. Despite my lack of credit strength she held my hand and worked her pants of in getting the best deal possible. I'll be honest I visited countless dealerships and was not impressed with the customer service but North West dodge is above and Beyond the expectations and its almost saddening leaving the dealership of sales reps that I can call my friend except that I for the fact I was jumping into my new car. this is my 4th Jeep Wrangler - and i cannot count how many other times i've been in dealerships for myself, family and friends.... usually it takes forever and is a grind. I worked with Jeff T. and along with the sales manager they just ""got to the point"" offering me a price better than I expected (i researched before going in) and fairly quickly coming to a very fair price for my trade in. I think this was the fastest we have EVER come to terms on the sales floor --- and with a smile on everyone's face. In the finance room, something seemed wrong, and Miguel took extra time -- without hesitation -- to help me break down all of the pieces of the deal from the agreed upon price, discounts and trade in values as well as other necessary fees. By the end, i felt like I INDEED received a GREAT DEAL and they took the time with me to help me feel really secure in my purchase. This time, driving off the lot, i didn't feel like i got screwed by the dealer. This time - i grinned ear to ear as i simply got into an awesome new Jeep for the right price, without having to go through all the games. These guys are serious about making people happy. . Thank you for making my car buying experience a truthful and painless one. I met Jeff Taylor and he was very honest and straight forward. Because I'm an ex-car salesman I was looking for the old tricks of the trade. Like the bait and switch , or the one where you have hidden charges on the invoice, or the constant haggling of the price where ""Cash is King"" ,or where the used car Manager under bids the trade just to piss you off so as to knock off balance, so you can't negotiate. None of these things happen to me, I was treated fairly with respect and I love my 300C. My mother and I was treated fairly we went to finance came out smiling. more

I have had past experiences with Northwest and they were less than marginal under the old management. I Met the GM, Jim Hatfield and point blank told him that I would never step foot inside his dealership again. That was in Feb of 2011 and I can safely say that all the hard work by Jim and his Team have won me over. I have seen personally that customer service is their number one concern and right after that is their community involvement! I am with a Jeep group and have personally sent many of our members as well as new people there for service and car purchases. From the moment I walk in the door I am greeted in a friendly manner and never feel pressured. This team actually takes the time to listen to what I want and work on helping me find the combination that will work for me. Thanks to all the hard work done here, I am and will be a customer of NWD for, at least as long as Jim Hatfield runs this operation! more

We went to Northwest Dodge looking for a quality used car. Jeff Taylor showed us the car that we were looking for. Once the dealearship had done their inspection of the car, he let us know it was ready. He answered all of our questions and got the service manager to answer the questions that he could not. more

I was there 30 minutes and no one asked me if they can help me, or well be with you or anything. I got in touch with General Manager Jim Hatfield with Northwest Dodge, and explained the situation to him. He told me to come down there and they will have me in and out within 30 minutes. more

I am a long time Jeep owner in Jerse Village. When I bought my Wrangler back in 2008, I was dumbstruck by how poor the overall experience was. I figured I was just getting the usual rip-off and figured it was just one of life's many indignities. Being lazy, I continued to service my Wrangler there as it was convenient if not always pleasant. more
