I was told by Bosch that I had to use a certified technician to have my dishwasher repaired under warranty. Bosch gave me the names of the businesses in my area that satisfied that requirement. Service Care was the closest to my house so, I called them. They came out three times with no success. The last time they came out, they told me I had an electrical problem. The electrician, that came out to address "the problem," refuted Service Care's claim. Each time I talked, on the phone, to the man in the office (Russ) he made me feel as if I was a nuisance. I took It upon myself to contact Bosch about the mounting costs of service fees I was accruing. Bosch asked for my purchase receipt and service history. When I asked Service Care for documentation of their visits, they emailed me the report from their last trip to my house. This did not serve my attempt to show Bosch the ordeal I'd been through. I went, in person, to Service Care in an attempt to acquire the needed documentation. Russ told me that what I received earlier was all I should expect from them. I left and vowed I would never do business with them again and would try to warn family and friends about them.
RESPONSE FROM Service Care Inc:
This customer had severe grounding issues which kept frying the board in his unit. This is not disputable. We replaced three of the same board before finally figuring out he had a very unusual wiring issue. He has almost 120 volts on from ground to neutral.
Our technician was unable to explain this to his satisfaction, so Mr. Short came into our office and spoke to Russ, who spent a good deal of time explaining what was going on.
When he left, everyone in the office felt that he was satisfied with the explanation. He seemed in good spirits and on friendly terms with Russ.
Seeing this review is a big surprise to everyone who witnessed this conversation.
