on two visits, the tech left and told me the washer was repaired. each time I did a load of washing and the same code F-20 came up that had been the reason that I called them on ...

Service Care provided a superb overall experience. Their employees were unerringly professional and polite, and at each step they clearly had a genuine interest in performing the job correctly and completing the project at the smallest possible expense to me. I am not one to hand out unearned praise, but this company is well worth your business. more

Jason & Paula were a great help... 5/30/2015

Frig was frosting over in a lease unit so I called Paula initially. Jason came by, diagnosed the problem & Paula stayed in touch to schedule Jason's return with parts a week later. A particular part that was ordered was bad, thankfully Jason returned to the shop and tested several until he found one that was working. He installed it and though it took more time than budgeted, got the repair completed. No complaints from the tenant as of yet so I assume issue is handled. Good experience, frig fixed and my life is easier with no complaints. THANKS! more

Friendly, prompt, and professional. 5/28/2015

I elected to take my appliance to the service care office where I was greeted by a customer service rep who was extremely professional and personable. The tech called me the next day just as I had been informed he would and the appliance was ready to be picked up that day. Most importantly, the appliance worked great and they were very reasonable (almost to cheap) with their price. Thanks! more

Top Notch 5/22/2015

The TV repairman was knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed and fixed my problem quickly and completely. And their warranty is good. They also said that if the part they brought turned out not to be right, they would not charge me for it. All-around a very good experience. more

I was disappointed in the charge. Five minutes and $197. 4/30/2015

I also asked about a gasket for the washing machine, but was immediately told, "Well, I can replace it, but it is very expensive, $300 dollars". I appreciate the fact that it is very expensive, but it felt as if he didn't want to do it and was instantly putting me off by telling me that it was so expensive. Knowing I could get a brand new washing machine for about twice that, it just seemed way too much. I ended up spending $200 anyway. I would probably just buy a new machine next time, rather than pay that much to have a part replaced in five minutes. Also, it was a little disconcerting that he had to look in a book to "make sure" that what he was going to do would fix it. more

warranty service call 4/8/2015

Ray arrived on time. Explained what might be the problem with the icemaker. However, his ticket indicated he didn't find a problem, and what he said to me is that the icemaker door might not be closing properly when the ice is dispensed. I had pictures of ice condensation on the bottom of the dispenser, etc. more

Great Service 3/27/2015

Had a 2 year old Samsung 60 in LED go out. Technition was on time and very quick. Helped me move furniture and repaired with no problem. Great Service. more

Professional service at a great value 2/18/2015

We had an older model Maytag dryer making a loud, squeaking racket. I called Service Care and they came out the next day. The 2 service techs were friendly and professional, told me what the problem was and quoted me a great price to take care of it, and also an option of replacing a couple of things that may go wrong in the near future, saving me another service call and money by doing it all at once. I was very happy with the repaired dryer, it runs like new but didn't cost like a new dryer would have! Terrific, professional people. I highly recommend them. more

I didn't think customer service at this level existed. All of my interactions with Service Care Inc. exceeded my expectations. I hope my TV doesn't break again, but if it does, they will be my first point of contact for parts. more
