A massage that's worth the 6 hour drive to get it! 2/6/2012

I have been receiving massage therapy for years. I recently added a relaxation massage at Serendipity to my routine. Kellie does an EXCELLENT job. The atmosphere is quite soothing and the massage oils live up to their descriptive names (relaxing, energizing, joints, etc). more

feedback on pedicure 2/3/2012

the environment as always was fantastic. the girl was really lovely to talk to but she cut my nails too short so when she filed i recieved a cut above my pinky toe. My toes were sore when i got home and thats when i found them red and the one had a cut. more

Always Wonderful! 1/28/2012

I'm a regular client for therapeautic massages and I am very pleased everytime I leave there. My muscles feel more relaxed and I feel like i've actually had some work done. I highly recommend Jamie or Marissa. :)Very good at deep-tissue work! more

Mini Spa Package 1/25/2012

I was surprised by my husband with this spa day while on vacation last weekend. I will say that I was beyond impressed with the 30 minute massage. I am not sure if she was the best masseuse in MI, or if the 30 minute massage is perfect for me because it focuses on exactly what I am looking for, back neck and shoulders. It was amazing. The pedi/mani was fine. I have had better pedicures before. Nothing fantastic. I have now been introduced to the wonders of cucumber water though!! Awesome. Also, they said they were going to be getting the pedi chairs, but I LOVED the bench style seating that was there when I was. The overall look of the spa was great as well. more

Enjoyed our pampering 1/22/2012

For my birthday my son arranged for pedicures for my daughter, daughter-in-law, his daughter & her friend & me. I went in early and asked if I could also get a manicure, which turned out beautifully. The 5 of us really enjoyed our time at the spa and left with beautiful feet! Everyone was very professional. more

Spa Day 1/21/2012

i booked a spa day for my sister and myself. We had a good time. The only issue i had with the entire day was on the massage form i posted where i wanted the focus on and the CMT either missed that or forgot. But other than that we had a fabulous time and will re-book soon :) more

My fiance and I went to the spa as a package for the weekend, he is a real macho man and was somewhat hesitant making me swear not to tell his "boys", needless to say he moaned the loudest as we had the couples massage and he begin to relax. The staff was great and the only regret is that we left the wine at the hotel. This is the third spa experience I have had and I must say for the price it was great. Looking forward to going again soon. more

Massage 1/16/2012

I had gotten the deep tissue massage for the first time and it was incredible! I have neck pain that I have been dealing with for awhile now and have gone through rehab for it too. Thanks to Kelly and the wonderful massage she gave me, my pain is very minimal now! Extremely happy about that! May have to make this a monthly thing! Thank you!! :-) more

Therapeutic massage 1/16/2012

I went for a 60 minute Therapeutic massage and it was great! This was a return visit for me, visit number 4. The people are very nice, friendly and do their best to make you feel comfortable. I highly recommend this Serendipity Day Spa of Frankenmuth. more

My friend and I got massages for our birthdays. She is a massage therapist and I lived in Asia for several years where I received massages weekly so we both felt we were experienced about massages. Both our massages were wonderful! Our preferences were acknowledged, respected, and our treatments were among the best we'd ever received. The ambiance was perfect ... beautiful and relaxing. I will definitely do it again!!! more

I surprised my boyfriend with a couples massage when we were visiting Frankenmuth, he is a veteran of massages and stated that this was one of the best/ most professional massage services he has ever received.The environment was relaxing and very soothing. Great Experience! Will visit again the next time we are in town! more

I wished I lived closer 12/30/2011

On a weekend shopping trip to Frankenmuth and Birch Run my daughter and I decided to make sure that we planned enough time in our adventure for some pampering. I had been to Serendipity DaySpa in the past and scheduled appointments for both of us for massages. The massages were incredible and a great break. We both felt pampered, relaxed and refreshed. Thank you for the great experience. Now if you only were situated on the other side of the state life would be perfect. : ) more

30 minutes of Heaven 12/29/2011

Normally I like the 1 hour massage, but since both my husband and I went we did the 1/2 hr. The girl worked on my shoulders alot! I could feel the knots breaking up..... it was great! I felt energized for the rest of the day :-) more
