I would come back to the spa anytime if I could, it was a wonderful experience and to share it with a special person meant alot. The girls were great and the massage was the best I ever had. Great Spa!! I have had many massages in the past and this is by far the best service Ive ever had. The girls there are so friendly and they make you so comfortable. I took my mom and sisters here for a girls day and everyone had such a great time. I recommend this for any occadion, especially for a fun girls day! :) more

I treated my daughter to your spa last Saturday and it was indeed a TREAT!! Kirsten, the "facial lady" was wonderful and I could have stayed for at least another hour. And I had the best pedicure ever with Holly. My daughter was very impressed with her massage, facial and pedicure as well. We would refer anyone to your spa. All those we met there were very professional yet friendly and totally interested in our comfort. It was a truly memorable and relaxing experience. We felt so pampered and relaxed when we left. Will definitely be back!!! more

over all an enjoyable experience a few surprises scented lotion is extra only included in the ultimate, come on how much more is scented lotion? Others had. comp tea, I was not offered any. The little things make all the difference. Just struck me as cheap. more

I wish I remembered all the girls' names that took care of me on my birthday last Saturday, but I can't. I had a full massage, facial and pedicure and each girl had their own awesome way of taking care of their clients. I loved that the facial was silent, though I'm a talker, it was SO relaxing. Ask for the apple cream, seriously! The massage was a wonderful experience because she knew exactly where I needed the most work, and she was like talking to an old friend. She made me feel so comfortable considering I was under a blanket in undies. LOL! My pedi - first professional one ever - was amazing. My feet thank you! Over all, I went in there tense and shy and came out feeling like a jelly fish! I would recommend Serendipity to anyone, any age, male or female. And the prices were AMAZING! Please, check them out, tell your friends, I wish I lived down the street! I will definitely be back again and again! more

I use to get massages here, but the last one the girl had wet gym shoes on. The small was awful! They change hair stylist and other employees to much. I could never get the same person twice. Very clean and the deco is excellent. Pros: Deco is relaxing Cons: Worker turn over rate more
