Girl's weekend 11/2/2011

My friend Diane and I planned our weekend months in advance. We had been trying to get aways for the last two years and it never worked out. We booked our appointments, our hotel and took off. We had a WONDERFUL experience at Serendipity Spa! It could not have gone better -- we had massages and pedicures on Friday which went into the evening. Then woke up on Saturday and had facials -- then spent the day walking around Frankenmuth until our knees couldn't take anymore! We will definitely be doing this again. more

Great 10/31/2011

My wife and I did a couples massage after visiting Frankenmuth the night before. Everything was great. The massage therapists asked up front about how you would like your massage (deep tissue of fluff). I would recommend. more

Nice Experience! 10/31/2011

Recently my husband & I had a couples massage at Serendipity Spa. The massage therapists did a great job & the spa is very nice. My only complaint is that the room was too cold & there was no aromatherapy going on like advertised. A warmer room with aromatherapy would've made the experience perfect. I would go back again, but would call ahead to have the heat turned up!! more

Great Day!!!! 10/30/2011

A friend and I were in need of some TLC for ourselves. So we thought it would be a great day to go to the spa. We had a great time! The ladies were wonderful. We both got the Sampler Package and were very happy with it. We also added on the Head Ache Treatment massage, which was not what I expected. But it still felt ok. I almost felt like it was a facial again with all the massaging of the face. It was my fault for not asking more questions about it. Over all we had a great time and will go back when we need to spoil ourselves again. Thank you to all the ladies that helped us that day. You all do a great job!!!!! more

Have been coming to Serendipity for massages for quite some time now. Have yet to have a bad massage. Receive Therapeutic Massage for muscle tension and leave feeling better every time. Highly Recommend! more

Ladies from our work decided to use some of our contest money at Serendipity and I myself am so glad we did! I received a great pedicure from a very conscious individual that knew I was extremely ticklish! She did such an extradonary job on my feet/toes! I can not wait to make another appointment. Serendipity Day Spa is a wonderful place for your spa day experience. Marissa is the best Massage Therepist for deep tissue massage around. Her hands are magical. I am looking forward to my next visit so I can try some of the other services offered. more

Best Spa in Mid Michigan! 10/17/2011

Last Saturday my cousins and aunts made appts here for massages and pedicures. I got the relaxation massage and it was THE BEST EVER!!! My muscles felt better than they have in years. I would reccommend this spa to anyone of any age. They are total professionals and make you feel like their #1 customer. Great service all around and the prices are very reasonable for such fabulous service! more

Simply the best 10/16/2011

My mother and I come every year for our annual girls weekend. By the end we are ready for some pampering. I would highly recommend the pedicures at Serendipity! We always get the ultimate and it is so worth the money. When we went this year their water heater was broke. So instead of canceling our appointment they heated up water in their coffee make just so we could still get our pedicure! How cool is that? It was Divine.. This year I also splurged on a facial too. It was 60 minutes of pure relaxation. You guys are the best. See you next year! more

Me and my husband had full body massages, they were wonderful. The staff is very professional and polite. The spa was very serene and relaxing. I would recommend if you go to frankenmuth you should definitely go and have a relaxing couple of hours at this spa.sparks more

Never had softer feet... 10/8/2011

A friend from out of town purchased a gift certificate for me online and told me to get the deluxe pedicure. My technician did a wonderful job pampering my feet and was very professional...took her a while to warm-up her demeanor to friendly AND professional. Overall, good service and great job on my tootsies! I will definitely be going back soon to check out their other services! more
