I had an issue with my toilet and thought that the septic was the problem. I called Septic Blue and Richie came to the rescue. He arrived on time, was very respectful and professional. I was really please of his honest suggestions and the service rendered. As a result, I would use Septic Blue again. Thumbs up Richie. more

I really appreciated the work ethic and customer service provided by Trevor D., the technician that came out to pump my septic tanks. There were other problems discovered after uncovering the septic tanks and Trevor walked me thru the issues and explained how the system could possibly fail if certain repairs were not implemented. After his thorough explanations, we agreed on a plan and then we had to discuss the cost of repairs. Trevor went to extra measures to try and reduce the price as much as possible due to the fact I had 2 septic tanks and some efficiencies could be made. In the end, even though I had high unexpected expenses I feel that Trevor worked very hard and did a great job with the work and making sure I was satisfied. Thank you Trevor! more

The quoted price $149+$$29.99 OK: Next overfull charge $120, Next Hydro flush $299, Next Bio cleaner $179 three jugs luckily I stopped him @3 jugs since he tried to dump in 6 jugs ..TOTAL $778.80 WOW, CHEAT, UP SELL, Next day my neighbor used .. of Palmento for $350 for the same kind of job as mine. I learned my lesson and so will KROGER, PUBLIC, MY CHURCH 3K members, CLUB HOUSE, my EMPLOYEE LUNCH ROOM BULLETIN BOARDS DELTA taught me on my employment that ONE complaint against DELTA will be repeated 55 times on average ...sooo treat "OUR" customers with much CARE. OH yes I included my local auto & tire shops & emissions tester shop bull . boards too! SO BE WARE OF CHEAT DEALS W/ BLUE SEPTIC ...DO NOT BE SCAMMED INTO ADD-ONS MY service was on Mar 06, 2018...THINK TWICE WHEN YOU CALL FOR A SEPTIC PUMP!!!! more

Christopher provided excellent service - he was honest and efficient and while the pumping cost $150, he quickly replaced our broken bafflers and the entire job cost about $850. He was in and out under 2 hours and tried to clean up the dig as much as possible. He made excellent recommendations for the future, explained proper maintenance and preventative care, and was very personable. more

I am overall pleased with Septic Blue to fix my septic tank. It may have taken a while but they did finish the job. The only issue i have is that where they parked their equipment and truck left a mess in my front yard. They did put straw down but left some ruts. more

I called Septic Blue because of their advertisement on their webpage of $149 for a 1000g septic tank pump. When he got to my house just emmedietly after I showed him the whole where the lid was he said I am going to have to charge you more because the tank is old. I was confused as to why? Since no other company had ever told me that, other have emptied the tank with no problem and I have not had any complications. He then said he would have to dig another whole, which we were told on the day we called was included in the $149, he charged me 247 just to digg a whole which was unnecessary since I showed him where it was! Also, before that I kept insisting he use the whole but threatened to leave! (I currently have 6 people living in my home, 3 of which are elderly! So I needed my septic emptied) at the end he did what every other company has done for the past 10 years I have lived there and ended charging me $621.47!!! Included in there, he charged me $78 for who knows what, $120 for overflowing which my tank was not since there was no backlashes in my home, $149 for the pumping, 247 for digging, and a few of $30! WHAT HAPPEN TO NO HIDDEN FEES?!?! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR COSTUMERS JUST THE MONEY THEY CAN GET OUT OF YOU! THEY WILL LIE AND SCAM YOU! more

Steven Langwell did a great job pumping out our septic tank today. He arrived early, worked hard and was very courteous. Since it had been awhile since we had our tank pumped out (about 20 years) I had to pay extra to remove the large accumulation of sludge in the bottom of the tank. Even though I had to pay more than I wanted to, I think the extra charge was reasonable. Good job Steven - thanks for the prompt, courteous service! more

I recently had by tank pumped...only after 40 years..I thought you did not need to pump if working.ok...Judson was kind, courteous and explained everything to me..I had a broken pipe and he replaced it....I would use his service again..i think he was fair and gave me the best price he could. .I was still amazed at the cost of the repair..but others were higher...even got pictures ......... Our first home with a septic tank, even with all the research we’ve done on our own just not knowing a thing about septic tanks and hearing all the horror stories made us very afraid of the unknown. Andy N. was very professional and knowledgeable and I am very happy with his work. He went above and beyond by digging up my septic line with a shovel rather than a backhoe because it was so close to my cable lines. He replaced 10 feet of my septic pipe and answered any questions or concerns I had throughly.
