I really appreciated the work ethic and customer service provided by Trevor D., the technician that came out to pump my septic tanks. There were other problems discovered after uncovering the septic tanks and Trevor walked me thru the issues and explained how the system could possibly fail if certain repairs were not implemented. After his thorough explanations, we agreed on a plan and then we had to discuss the cost of repairs. Trevor went to extra measures to try and reduce the price as much as possible due to the fact I had 2 septic tanks and some efficiencies could be made. In the end, even though I had high unexpected expenses I feel that Trevor worked very hard and did a great job with the work and making sure I was satisfied. Thank you Trevor!
