The quoted price $149+$$29.99 OK: Next overfull charge $120, Next Hydro flush $299, Next Bio cleaner $179 three jugs luckily I stopped him @3 jugs since he tried to dump in 6 jugs...

Ben L. came out to service my septic and I was extremely happy with his professional attitude, knowledge of his job, and his willingness to take the time to explain all to me in great detail. He told me and showed me what he was doing and gave me an analysis of causation with a remedy. Great job! more

Will not fix what they broke 5/15/2015

I was driving down I-285 behind one of the Septic Blue Trucks that was all over the road and driving faster than the posted speed limit when all of a SUDDEN objects started coming off the truck, hitting other vehicle and smashing my window. Called as soon as it happened to the office was told that the Septic Manage would call and speak to me which was on April 10, 2015. As of today May, 16, 2015, still have not heard from Billy the Septic Manage or the Owner Bob who also owns Mr. Electric and Mr. Rooter. They would told small children were in the car as well as there is a police report and still do not want to rectify this situation and fix what they broke. Not to mention that their office staff is beyond rude and unprofessional. more

what they left behind 5/1/2015

They left a 5 gallon bucket of poo sludge, that was in the septic tank. in my back yard. I cant dump it out in my yard and it is too heavy for me to move and for that i paid $3200,00 more

Review of Septic Blue service 3/22/2015

Chris W. came out on Sunday (even though we didn't have an emergency), and quickly located the tank we requested to have pumped. Upon inspecting the tank, Chris noticed that we had additional issues that would not be remedied by simple pumping. Once the tank had been accessed, we examined the issues together and he outlined an action plan explaining all related costs clearly. Chris performed the work in timely fashion and offered tips for maintenance to ensure that our system continues to function optimally. We were only days away from the possiblity of real problems so we're glad we called Septic Blue and very happy that they sent Chris to help us get our system back in order. more

SWITCH and BAIT up selling techniques 2/22/2015

We called, asked ALL the questions we possibly could as well as gave as much info as we could! Got a price - THEN when the guy shows up and the price is TRIPLE!!! I don't think so! Lame reasons for why the upcharge, a game with having to call his boss. Ours was a straightforward pump out. No extra large tank, no other issues, easy to find, lid off. All he had to do was pump and cover. We had him cover it and leave without using the service. CRAZY PRICE!!! BE CAREFUL when someone has perfect 5 star reviews, with zero problems! Someone's doing some careful editing! RUN! more

Trevor did a fantastic job at our house. Neatly dug holes and located septic openings. Made the necessary repairs including a few issues that come from 20 years of septic neglect. Trevor presented himself well, worked hard, and respected our property. We will request Trevor for future plumbing/septic needs at our home. more

Andrew with Septic Blue 2/7/2015

Just a short feedback on Andy with septic blue. He made the huge septic job as painless as could be expected. It took two full days for the work to be completed it was such a huge job, but it was done with precision. The service tech was very friendly, very helpful and very personable, even took time to pet my dog to help shut him up. Ha. I would definitely ask for him again for future needs and fully recommend him to anyone. more

All Septic Tank companies are the same....only people make them different. 1/30/2015

Wesley was our servicer. He was very engaging, professional and polite. He laid out the facts and options for our septic tank problem, and help us reach a solution. Wesley's manners and communication skills are very good! He is definately a positive asset to Septic Blue. The only reason I rated four stars instead of five is that the job will not be completed for a while...but so far, great! Wesley also did a very good job of explaining to us who and what to expect on the job (new drain field) and what would be done. more

Excellent Service 1/21/2015

We have had many problems over 20 years with our septic system. This is the first time anyone investigated why instead of just pumping the tank. Judson was prompt and polite. He explained what he was doing every step of the way, pointed out the problems and made the repairs. We would use his services again, although we don't anticipate needing them for some time now that the system is finally right. more
