Great Job! 4/15/2011

Having been in the retail world for several decades I can accustom to the level of service, courteous and knowledge sales people your company provided. I have purchased many motorcycle accessories from saddle bags, to helmet, to seat and others and have thoroughly enjoyed shopping there Your prices are excellent with no pressure, but of course the service that I am after. Great Job! You are well trained folks. Ross Lake Mary Fl more

You guys are amazing 4/12/2011

We just purchased our 2nd bike from SPS, we looked in our local area, as I recently had some health issues and tought maybe it would be easier then traveling to Sanford. We just didn't feel the same confidence we had when we purchased our previous bike at Seminole Power Sports. So my wife and I rode our Honda 1100 the 48 miles to Sanford. The deal went as smooth as the first time. We won't ever even tire kick at another dealership. You guys are amazing. more

Mike made it great and very easy 4/8/2011

Mike Binder made my purchase very easy; he's a nice man & skilled salesperson who knows bikes very well. I started off with "PK"; he's a great guy, too. My deal was completed very quickly, my trade went smoothly and I'm a very satisfied customer. Ben in Parts was great to deal with also. more

WORST OF THE WORST 11/15/2010

Do not go to Seminole Power Sports for any service related work! I have been dealing with them for over 4 months now on getting resolution to something that was THEIR error to no avail. I get no help from anyone from techs to the top service manager. I really wish I never stepped foot into their business. It has been one headache after another and each time I return it gets worse. If I could only get my bike back to the condition it was upon intial arrival I'd be satisfied, but they can't even do that. I've wasted so much time and money with them it isn't funny. Take my advice...STAY AWAY!! more

NOT IN A MILLION YEARS 10/20/2010

Don't do something you'll regret later...trust me you need to stay away from this place! I've had many motorcycles over my lifetime and have dealt with numerous service departments. SPS is BY FAR the worst of the worst. Not only was physical damage done to my bike, but there were several mechanical mistakes made. Maybe next time you may want to turn the screw on the clamp that holds the exhaust onto the bike. Or maybe you want to route the cables where they REALLY belong? Or how about adjusting the idle to manufacturer specs? Yes, all of this happened to me and not even the service manager cared enough to apologize or offer to fix the problems in any fashion. Read the reviews and take heed, this place is DANGEROUS!! more

Worst Service Dept. in Central Florida 10/19/2010

Take your bike elsewhere if you need it fixed. These jackholes cracked my fender when taking the bike into the garage for a routine tire and oil change (obviously, some negligent idiot service moron that doesn't give a sh*t about the bikes he's suppossed to be fixing). They tell me they'll fix it for free (duh) and have it ready for me in a week. I ask them to compensate for inconveniencing me, seeing as the bike is my SOLE form of transportation, they give me a whopping $30 off of a +$400 repair bill. The reason? They claim that since the bike is still "ridable" that they are, in fact, not inconveniencing me and that I am choosing to leave it. Who in their right mind would ride their damn motorcycle with a completely cracked fender?? It's unsafe and looks like crap, PLUS I didn't bring it in that way so why should I have to leave with it that way? Unbelievable... A week passes by... nothing. I call them and the damn bike still isn't fixed. WTF??? I need my damn bike and they tell me the part still hasn't arrived?! Then they tell me the part had to be ordered from a local Suzuki store. LOCAL!! How 'bout this? Send one of your incompetent employees TO the store to pick it up in person. If had known that, I would've picked the damn part up myself and saved some time. Why in the hell didn't they think of that? Maybe because they DON'T GIVE A SH*T! Utterly ridiculous. Still haven't gotten my bike... whatever you do, STAY AWAY! Nothing but as*holes in this place, which is sort of typical for a motorcycle sales and repair business, however, most other establishments like this take pride in their work.... This place does not. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! more

BE WARNED!!! Stay away from this place! 10/7/2010

This by FAR was the worst service department I have dealt with in my over 45 years of riding motorcycles. Please do yourself a favor and warn any and all of your friends. These people are crooks, liars and the most incompetant bunch of losers ever. They refused to own up to any of the errors that were made. Now I am bringing my bike to another shop and will pay again to make it right. Save your time, money and aggravation. The service manager is also a TOTAL idiot, yet has been there for well over five years, yet the dealership contiunes his employment. What does that tell you? Think about it, PLEASE!! more

ownership disappointing when doing right was so easy 7/6/2010

A true measure of a person or a business is how they step up when things aren't going exactly as planned. The Sales staff tried to do the right thing but their hands were tied when the owner fell flat. Pros: Sales and Service staff Cons: Ownership Attitude more

Best selection, prices, parts & service in central FL 3/12/2010

I've been a customer here for over 5 years. I've purchased 2 motorcycles, bought all my accessories here (incredible selection), and had all my service/maintenance work done here as well. The store is staffed by real enthusiasts who know their product and what their customer is looking for. They seem to be open all the time and are eager to go the extra mile. They also have a monthly Bike Night which draws a crowd. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed. Pros: Largest PowerSports facility I've ever seen Cons: None more

Seminole power sports service department 2/9/2010

I went to SPS thinking ok theyre well known and should be reputable. Not at all I went there and purchased a new set of Michellin Pilot Power 2cts, top of the line tires. Had them installed. On the ride home to titusville 45 min i noticed a slight wobble which was progressively gettinng worse, by the time I got home I noticed that they didnt even remove the old adhesive from the old weights simply removed the previous 4 and stuck on 2 new ones onto the old adhesive whicj was longer than the 2 new ones and was old, the weights were HANGING on so i assumed this was the cause of the wobble. I called SPS and took it in the next day, 1/2 way there it began raining :) so i arrived soaked, I had one smart ass associate tell me oh its knida wet hugh? so i enter the service dept where I expalin to Brian what happened, nothing he simply told the tech and had it fixed. I never got one appology any compensation or anything, I would have never been in the rain if they had done the job right the first time. Regardless of the time I took between classes to ride for no reason at all. I can FIRMLY say that that was the 2nd time I went there and it will surely be the last and the same goes for my fellow riders, The service was asstonishingly horrible. Pros: None Cons: couldnt believe what happened. more

This place is awsome!!! 10/19/2009

Worst powersport dealer! 10/14/2009

They advertised 2008 Honda CBR1000rr for 7500 + tax/tag/title. I drove 20+miles there with cash in hand and when I got there they tell me the total came up to $9,600. Where did he $2,100 extra come from? The correct total should have been $8,300 and not a penny more. Keep in mind this was a CASH deal. Pros: Big building. Large selection Cons: False advertising and unprofessional staff. more

PRICEY, COSTLY AND POOR SERVICE OVERALL. 8/11/2009

I would search for other local small shops for a service issue. My service advisor Brandon was a very mean person and didnt explain anything. Basically was told it would run and got it and it was in the same shape. They charged me $100 for a diagnosis fee. I told them the issues, they just basically wrote up a report with the issues I had and a price for $100! Honestly, i wouldnt recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Pros: NONE Cons: VERY EXPENSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. more

THIS WAS MEANT FOR SEMINOLE IN SANFORD 4/25/2009

Shouldn't Salesman know about their products????? While we were negotiating on price I told them I had the dealer invoice for a specific model. I was told by the salesman that i had the incorrect invoice and that the bike i had the invoice for was a chain driven model not shaft driven when in fact, the new 2009 bike are all shaft driven. He lied to me to and indicated there were 2 different styles of bikes when the only difference with that model is a paint scheme. This is a salesman who has over 8 years selling motorcycles. The sales manager asked me why i was upset about a technicality. Oh i don't know...I am old school and believe that honesty is the best policy. If they lied to me about something so "technical" what else are they lying about. more

quality service taken to a new level 1/4/2009

I found out about Seminole Powersports about a month ago while taking a ride to Clearwater. I live north of SPS and have driven past them for years, never taking the time to figure out why I see SPS everywhere I ride. Long story short, on my ride I got a flat tire (scary) while traveling south(west) on I-4. I knew I was close to them and called on a Saturday afternoon to see if I got the bike to them if they could get me back on the road. Not only did they have the tire in stock they came out, picked me and the bike up, took us back to the shop, and fixed it while I waited. I was done 1hour and 1/2 from the time I was cussing on the side of the road. They also pitched the cheapest tire prices. When I got home I checked and they were correct. They were cheaper than the mailorder companies. Way to win a first time customer over. Thanks SPS. Pros: great customer service even if you are new Cons: none more

Poor Service, Bad Attitude after sale 6/2/2008

I bought a new bike as a late Xmas gift. It had 1 mi on it. My brother rode it home for me as he has a bike also. When I got home, I found that my owner's manual was missing. I called & was told that they would get it. Wks later, I got a call saying that it was in. I asked if they could mail it to me & he said yes. Now, end of May 08, still no manual & my bike was not running right. I had been taking it out for shorter spins but no major rides. The bike stalled out, idle speed was all over the place, rpms riding very high to very low. I called, asked for my sales guy but he no longer was there. I asked for a mgr & was put on hold for 10 mins. I finally spoke to Brad & he told me that it was probably that gas was sitting in the tank & also told me how to adjust the idle speed (which he told me was on the wrong side) & I looked online to find the right location. I rode the bike to their store. Brad said they would put some fuel stabilizer in the tank & he was a bit concerned about the idle speed not dropping as fast as it should. Service told me $240 to clean & replace the carb. When I ask Brad about the fuel stablizer being added, he told me that it was not done but that "worst case" it would take the carb being cleaned. I asked him why they didn't do what he said they would do & were now wanting to charge me this money & he said it was my fault for not riding it enough. He became very rude and called me an "inexperienced rider". I am not sure what this has to do w/ their sales people not informing new customers of potential issues for their bike or the fact that he did not follow through w/ his technician doing what he said they would do nor provide me w/ my owner's manual. I would not trust this co. as their sales staff is incompetent, did not share any basic info. that is useful for newer riders, then their follow up is horrible w/ providing items that should have been provided, & finally, their management is billigerant & rude to customers. Pros: Store is Neat and Clean Cons: Staff and Management Inexperienced and Unprofessional towards Customers more
