Let the truth be told 5/26/2011

I recently picked my bike up from Seminole Power Sports after having it in for service for over a month. Over the past days I have found several problems that were not present upon dropoff. When calling to get my issues resolved I was treated very badly. My complaints fell on deaf ears. I have never been treated so badly by a person in my life. I will never go there again. By reading though the reviews I see many negative 1-star comments below and also that they are trying to inflate their ratings by FALSE positives. My opinion of this dealership is so bad right now. Be sure and read the way they are manipulating their scores. Multiple reviews by people that are also reviewing the same businesses (Braman Honda, Chariots Motors, Mid-Fl AIr, Devoe Intl, the list goes on and on). WATCH OUT FOLKS!!! more

READ THE POST DIRECTLY BELOW ME...WOW, something sure is stinking here. I just signed on to write a below par review for this place only to read the message below. How could it possibly be that EVERY person that gave SPS a 5-star rating also bought vehicles at Chariots of Palm Beach & Domani Motors? It does NOT surprise me at all that a low class business such as SPS would stoop to such extremes. Do they think that lowly of their customers that they would not see something was wrong? Or do they feel that lowly of themselves to artificially inflate their ratings to get you in the door? Think about it my fellow riders. Regardless the reason for my post was also to say that I would never step foot in SPS again. I have spread the word to my riding club also. Their service department was so far below my standards it was not funny. Take your business elsewhere. There are many independent shops that will welcome your business and respect you as a customer. more

THE WORST REPAIR SHOP IN TOWN! 5/18/2011

I'm not sure how this place got any of the 5-star reviews posted below, other than having their own employees post. If you read all of the posts beyond the first page you will see NOTHING but negative reviews. If you look at the history of all of the 5-star reviews below me you will see it is a set-up. All of these people just HAPPEN to review and visit the same places...check for yourself (Chariots of Palm Beach, Purple Poodle Pet Ctr, Plantation Inn, Domani Motors). What a set-up! more

I purchased a new bike from Seminole Powersports last week. I was very impressed with the entire dealership. I got a great price and I can't say enough about the experience. I love my new Ninja. I ordered tires for my bike through Seminole Power Sports which were hard to locate do the bike's age (28 years), as soon as they came in I had the shop put them on and a week later I went in for an oil change. I must say the staff was very knowledgeable, professional in every respect, and courteous. I have already refered several of my friends there and would highly recommend Seminole Power Sports to everyon more

There's times when you just can't do the work yourself, special tool requirements or the lack of experience. I anguished over the thought of taking my bike in for a needed part's replacement because it was pretty involved. An hour after I took it in I was back on the road! I trust these guys completely with my bike, I can't say that for any other place I've been more
