Shouldn't Salesman know about their products????? While we were negotiating on price I told them I had the dealer invoice for a specific model. I was told by the salesman that i had the incorrect invoice and that the bike i had the invoice for was a chain driven model not shaft driven when in fact, the new 2009 bike are all shaft driven. He lied to me to and indicated there were 2 different styles of bikes when the only difference with that model is a paint scheme. This is a salesman who has over 8 years selling motorcycles. The sales manager asked me why i was upset about a technicality. Oh i don't know...I am old school and believe that honesty is the best policy. If they lied to me about something so "technical" what else are they lying about.
