Service was great, but was disappointed that I got charged $250 for labor to replace my clean effects filters. A 5 minute job cost that much. I already paid $400, for new filters,...

excellent service 12/21/2015

I have had Scottsdale Air install three systems at different locations. The first system did have issues; but Scottsdale Air stayed on it till they got it fixed. They did a great job and I have been very happy with them. What's important to me is quality and service first and then price. I'm glad I went with Scottsdale Air!! more

Reliable, competent service 12/21/2015

Scottsdale Air has installed our most recent heat pump and has assumed responsibility for both of our relatively new units. They have repaired items when required under our warranty and they provide timely, reliable and courteous service. Their bi-annual checkup services are reasonable in cost and give us assurance of reliable and economic service during both cooling and heating seasons. more

Excellent service 12/17/2015

We have 5 total systems that required routine seasonal service. The technician arrived promptly on time and completed all the service in a timely manner. He was very efficient, professional and pleasant. My only suggestion is that there should be some type of quantity discount when multiple systems are serviced in a single call. more

Fast and effective 12/17/2015

One of my heaters conked out over the weekend. Not an emergency but someone still called me back over the weekend to check-in. Got scheduled for repair on Monday morning. Ended up being an easy and inexpensive fix. Appreciate the good communication and quick response. more

Great system and service 12/11/2015

This is my 2nd Lennox XP25 system installed by Scottsdale Air. They also installed a smaller system for my daughter. The whole process from pricing to install has been painless and efficient. Steve Voirin works with you to size the system and get you a fair price. The install crew for all three have been outstanding, getting everything in in a timely manner and making sure that the system works and we know how to work it. They also leave no trace that they have been here. Highly recommend Scottsdale Air. more

I wouldn't even consider using any other AC/Heating Company - not even in an emergency because Scottsdale Air would come immediately. I know that my in-laws used Scottsdale Air in the late 60s/70s and when I moved here in 2000, began using them. more

Professional Service 11/25/2015

The two installers, Bob and Eugenio, arrived on time. Explained what they would do in a comprehensive yet understandable manner. Walked the premises to ascertain best ways to move large HVAC equipment with minimal disruption to the interior of the residence and grounds. Installed. Touched up the few painted surfaces that were altered as a result of the equipment installation. Cleaned and vacuumed after, leaving the premises in very good condition. Projected when they would be completed. Met the completion time. Provided a full set of equipment operating manuals. Walked my wife through programming the thermostat. Left. Professional and courteous throughout. more

Honest, Responsive and Efficient 11/14/2015

Scottsdale Air is an honest, responsive and high quality old line well established firm. I have had multiple service tech inspections and maintenance issues with my older heat pump. Each was reliably accomplished. Recently, Scottsdale Air, replaced my unit with the same efficient and expert attention to detail and customer service I rely on from them. I fully endorse this firm and recommend them without reservation. more

Great company! Fair prices, reliable, professional and honest. 11/12/2015

We had our A/C & heat system replaced by Scottsdale Air a couple of years ago. The installers were very professional and just all around nice guys. I just recently had them come out because the A/C wasn't working properly. The technician quickly located the issue of a blocked pipe, cleared it out & it was good to go. Every interaction that I have had with their employees has been great. I have had such negative experiences with other A/C companies that I never called the same people out twice. I will never call another A/C company as long as they are around and do not change their level of service. more
