The two installers, Bob and Eugenio, arrived on time. Explained what they would do in a comprehensive yet understandable manner. Walked the premises to ascertain best ways to move large HVAC equipment with minimal disruption to the interior of the residence and grounds. Installed. Touched up the few painted surfaces that were altered as a result of the equipment installation. Cleaned and vacuumed after, leaving the premises in very good condition. Projected when they would be completed. Met the completion time. Provided a full set of equipment operating manuals. Walked my wife through programming the thermostat. Left. Professional and courteous throughout.
