Best service ever. Competent mechanics and professional workers in front area

They are always way overbook and when you have an appointment the wait time is way too long. I often get two different personalities from the service writers from extremely help...

Detailed explanation 9/20/2013

This is the first time I've brought my mercedez in for service. The update indicated I needed a "b" service. It would be helpful to get a detailed view of what was done. All the receipt showed was an oil change. more

Excellent, affordable service 8/31/2013

My car was missing badly and stalling with raw gasoline pouring from the exhaust. They found a wire that was shorted out and simply repaired it - NO CHARGE! They also found two other problems that needed fixing for better fuel economy and driving safety. The old car (over 114,000 miles) runs like a new one! Thanks, guys. more

Dislike oversell. Great otherwise. 8/26/2013

Took my car in for a timing belt replacement--an expensive repair. Was frustrated when the service writer called to give me a much higher estimated total due to his adding other services without consulting me first. The extras were deleted, and the rest of the service was done well and on time. This was the first issue I have ever had with Scott's. We have four family cars serviced there. more
