Best service ever. Competent mechanics and professional workers in front area

They are always way overbook and when you have an appointment the wait time is way too long. I often get two different personalities from the service writers from extremely help...

There was no diffierence in service although I don't see a multipoint inspection which i believe is standard elsewhere. I didn't ask for it though. more

Was not treated well at all 10/16/2013

Took my car in for service twice in the 2 weeks and spent over $1,500. The second time I was charged for Emissions and it was never done. When I went back, they questioned me about if I had paid for it. They could have looked on the invoice and seen that I did. Not mad that they didn't do the work, but how they drilled me that I may not have paid for it. NOT happen the way I was treated. Not sure if I'm going to continue going there. more

Honest 10/15/2013

We have been going to scotts for 4 years and they have always been honest and forthright. We trust them with our car and know that Bob and his crew will take care of us always. We moved three weeks ago 35 min. From the place and we will still drive the extra miles because we know how great they are and know we will be given the best cust.around bar none ! Had a problem the morning of a driving vacation. Took the car in at 8:30 am, talked to Gina, problem solved. She did her magic and I was on my way by 9:45 am. Fast. and courteous. Other occasions Bob has helped me solved a must-have transportation problem when car was in for a major repair. more
