Best service ever. Competent mechanics and professional workers in front area

They are always way overbook and when you have an appointment the wait time is way too long. I often get two different personalities from the service writers from extremely help...

When your car has a problem they ask the right questions, review the vechile before repair and keep you up to date on the repair. more

Prompt and professional 12/4/2014

This was my first experience at Scott's Auto Center. I have 7 year old work truck that would not start and needed an electrical diagnostic and broke down over a holiday week. A couple days after the holiday they has the diagnostic complete and an accurate estimate and had the truck fixed the following day after giving me the estimate. Bob was responsive and friendly. I will use them again I. The future. more

Great Experience 11/26/2014

We are relatively new Customers to Scott's. This is our first drop of our 2007 Infinity. Used the 'night drop', got a call the next day about the problem, and a part was needed. Said it would be Monday or Tuesday before it was ready. They surprised, and got the part Monday, and completed the fix right away. We were able to pickup Monday Noon. Great phone service, great customer service at Scotts. We'd continue to recommend! more

We have had a very long relationship with Kevin, the new service manager at Scott's. When we called him to ask about his new affiliation, he spoke highly of the services provided, attitude toward customer satisfaction, honesty and the excellent car care of the technicians. After having taken the car in for service, our experience was one of relief in having a place and professional to depend upon. more

Bob is awesome! All the csr's are as well. I've been there countless times and have never had an issue. They do what they say, when then say and at the price they say. For a busy professional that's very important. Great service for automotive and the detail services are among the best I've ever been to. Highly recommend Scott's. more

Everyone at Scott takes such good care of our cars. They are personable and efficient. I like having the history of work and what will be coming up for the car on the computer..They keep us on the road..thank you. Hot coffee and donuts are a bonus!! more

My battery appeared to be bad so I called Scott's and asked if I could bring it in for a check asap. Yes, they said and I took it by and my battery was checked ad replaced within an hour. My sincerest thanks. more

Did every thing they could....... 11/7/2014

I've had an annoying sound coming from the front end of my SUV and wanted to make sure it was nothing to worry about. Took it to Scott's and although they couldn't find the problem, they did everything they could to try to find it. After I took the technician for a ride, and then they went for a ride, and after they put the car up on the lift to insure all the front end components were tight, not worn, etc., they assured me I was good to go. They did a good job in trying to find the problem (which may be a non-problem) and I trust their troubleshooting approach... more
