Very pleased with the professionalism of this individual. He was very personable & knowledgeable of the situation. His evaluation of the situation was accurate. I appreciated his suggestion to PCM for a remedy to the problem. They agreed & allowed him & your company to perform the necessary work to help with this ongoing problem. He also did a follow-up with me when he had completed the work PCM had approved. Great employee & an asset to your company.
