No one enjoys having to have their car serviced, but when I have to, I feel good about going to Satoris! I have a new vehicle now.. but when service time comes, I will be back. more

Trustwothy people that provide superior service. 2/22/2017

My family has been a customer of Satori's Auto Service since the inception of their business for all of our vehicle maintenance needs. I am a CPA with a large family and I do not have a mechanical bone in my body. I need someone I can trust to keep all our family vehicles in good repair without over-charging me. I trust the Satori team absolutely and I would highly recommend them. more

Above Superior 2/15/2017

Highly Recommend! 2/15/2017

Price was less than the estimate for work. Greg was super informative and polite; he gave me an honest opinion on the work, car, etc. Came in for a timing belt replacement and they did a full inspection of my car and gave me a list of all potential issues (not just the belt) and an explanation of each. I received a complimentary rental car to use during repair, which was a life saver. When the work was done, John showed me the used belt and gave me a run through on the mechanics behind it and the importance of having replaced it at that mileage. Great experience and I will be a repeat customer! more

I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM 2/7/2017

I have been a customer with Satori's Auto Service for a long time. I recently brought a used car that I was considering buying to their shop and had them evaluate it for me. I have never had any problems with their service. They have good communication and good prices. I would recommend them. more

Very thorough, excellent work. 2/2/2017

These guys over at Satori's Auto Service are just excellent. I took my car in there because the dealership could not figure out what was wrong with my car and these guys delivered. They did a very thorough analysis and were able to find a couple of issues that were causing my car problems. They discussed my options with me which I really appreciated. I gave them the green light to go ahead and resolve all of the issues and they went right to work. They were able to get my car back up and running like new all in the space of a couple hours. Satori's Auto Service is definitely going to be my first stop whenever my car starts having issues from now on. more

I was very satisfied with Satori's Auto Service. They are very professional, they are honest and they always tell you what's wrong ahead of time. They go out of their way to help if you are in need. I have been using them for... I don't know, over 10 years and everything seems to work out well every time and if there was ever something about their work that was not satisfactory, they will stand by their work and fix it. more

Professional and good work 1/26/2017

I've been to Satori's Auto Service with my car multiple times. They've done oil changes for me as well as repairs whenever I've needed them. The employees are always very helpful and I feel like they care about their clients. I've usually dealt with John or Greg and they've both been very good with figuring out all aspects of what I need. For instance, if I have to leave my car for an oil change, but I have urgent errands, I've promptly had a car loaner organized so that I can go about my business. They're fairly professional. more

Satori's Auto Service usually does the routine service on my vehicle, and I've recommended them several times because they do a pretty good job. I've been going there for the last two years and I think they do a fairly decent job. They are a little pricier than the others but do a pretty good job. Recently they did an oil change and tire rotations for me. more

Great work, always reliable! 12/22/2016

I went to Satori's Auto Service recently to have some body work done on my car. My car is a 2009 and it had been a long time since it had been looked at. They did a hand polishing and an interior cleaning and it came out looking great, they even buffed out some of the smaller scratches. Overall I was very pleased with the work and I would definitely use them again, I highly recommend their services. more

I Had A Positive Experience 12/16/2016

Satori's Auto Service have been around in the area for a long time, so, that's how I became familiar with them. I have sent my wife's car to them for some break work and have took my boat to them to do some body work and both outcomes have been great. For about 3 years I have been using them because I trust that they will do the work right the first time around and they have reasonable prices. more

I'm well satisfied with Satori's Auto Service. No one likes to spend money on auto repairs but at least I know I can trust them. I have a 2003 Toyota 4Runner that's needed a great deal of work over the years. From basic maintenance to building a whole new front end after I'd hit a deer. The service is always good quality. They make a point to show me what needs to be replaced and the pricing for the parts they'll use. It's not like they do what they're not supposed to. I've been a customer of Satori's for years. Before, I had work done by a dealer and ended up with really bad results. They did some lousy, lousy work that damaged the vehicle in the process. I never went back to them after I found Satori's. They're polite in the office too: there's a nice sitting room with magazines, and coffee. I've never had a problem with scheduling. more

A Trustworthy Company 11/4/2016

I heard about Satori's Auto Service from a friend. I have gone to them for repairs a few times. This time it was for a fender bender repair. I trust my vehicle with the mechanics at Satori's Auto Service. This is a professional company and I would recommend this company to others people. more
