1974 Corvette Stingray 9/3/2015

I was looking to get some mechanical and body work done on my 1974 Corvette. A friend at work recommended Satori's. I had a bumper replaced and a complete paint job. They did an excellent job. I also had them tune up the engine and was very pleased with the work they did. It runs and looks great. Will continue to do business with them on my other vehicles. more

As always, Greg, John and team did a great job. My car is 11 years old and I'm going on a 5000 mile road trip. They checked over my vehicle, and I'm heading out with confidence that my car can handle it. more

Started having problems 8/7/2015

First of all this review should be to Dear Jennifer. Dean is not associated with this matter. Second I started having problems the next day. Panel lights described before come off and back on. Then feel problem with brake pedal. And a different sound up right front more

most unfriendly people in Manitowoc county 8/5/2015

Terrible experience! Would travel three counties away to avoid using Satori ever again. Especially Greg. He has no business in a customer service field as he has the personality of a rock! RESPONSE FROM Satori's Auto Service: We tried contacting this customer numerous times without a response back. We did get a hold of his wife and he still would not call us back. I don't understand what we could have done to get a review like this. When dealing with the general public, we have to expect anything. It still hurts to get personal attacks. I was just a little annoyed because Satori's Auto Service challenged me on the kind of oil I wanted. But he put it in, I'm not sure why he challenged it, I had to stand my ground. Otherwise everything was good! more

Old family business that treats a person like family. 7/2/2015

I started three years ago with Satori's Auto Service when I was disenchanted with my other auto service company. I have an old semi and Satori's Auto Service put it all together for me, mechanically. They did the breaks and more, and did a good job. They review everything that should and shouldn't be done and give you a quote as close to what they can give you. This company seems to be very well and I like them very well. They're also friendly, nice people to talk to. They treat you good, like a family! more

Truck issues 6/15/2015

Our truck was acting up right before heading on a long trip. Greg was able to get us in the same day, and they were able to run diagnostics on it. Thanks for fitting us into your schedule and making sure our vehicle was ready for our trip. more

Very good outcome 5/24/2015

Professional, on-time service. The only negative was the too aggressive marketing of the services they (John) thought I needed, beyond what I had actually made an appointment for, that is, a noisy right tire. It smacked too much of the aggressive marketing that dealerships do. However, Sartori's does know how to repair cars. more

Fantastic work and service! 5/23/2015

Our 12 year car now looks like new after having gone through 'major surgery'. Couldn't have asked for better quality and service! They even took photos to send us of the progress that they were making on the repairs being made. Wow! more

Review of Ford Focus Work 5/23/2015

Appreciate the detailed explanations and photos and final outcome of extensive work on Judie's 12-year-old Focus, making it good enough for another decade of use. My wife's request for replacement of rusted rocker panel was met with a realistic estimate in contrast to Maritime Ford Body Shop saying it's "way too expensive." satoris saves me money 5/18/2015

my car was at satoris for an oil change when they noticed an oil leak from my timing valve, without asking satoris called the company that I recently purchased my used car from to see if the issue was still under a factory warranty. the issue was under warranty and will be fixed virtually for free. I like the fact that satoris works hard to save me money ... thank you satoris more
