I'm well satisfied with Satori's Auto Service. No one likes to spend money on auto repairs but at least I know I can trust them. I have a 2003 Toyota 4Runner that's needed a great deal of work over the years. From basic maintenance to building a whole new front end after I'd hit a deer.
The service is always good quality. They make a point to show me what needs to be replaced and the pricing for the parts they'll use. It's not like they do what they're not supposed to. I've been a customer of Satori's for years.
Before, I had work done by a dealer and ended up with really bad results. They did some lousy, lousy work that damaged the vehicle in the process. I never went back to them after I found Satori's.
They're polite in the office too: there's a nice sitting room with magazines, and coffee. I've never had a problem with scheduling.
