Very professional in writing estimates for repair work and good advice and consultations for different ways to accomplish goals. Sappelt Roofing & Repair came out to repair my flat roof that had a leak. The roof took only two days to work on, but the roofers also spent an additional day working on my gutter line and removing my chimney. They even repaired my other roof, and that wasn't even part of the deal. After the jobs, I had a problem with one of the gutters. They came right back to fix it up. Overall, I was very happy, and my roof no longer leaks! I thought they were great. They did delivered on everything they promised. They arrived at the time they said they would and completed the jobs sooner than I thought it would take them. They cleaned up well. The price was reasonable and comparable to others, maybe even slightly less expensive. They also did some work for my boyfriend, and he had the same great experience. He said they worked so well and professionally, you couldn't even tell they were there. more

Jeff reminded me of my dad; honest, fair and competent. We lost a patch of shingles after Irene and neither my husband nor I were comfortable attempting the repair ourselves. I would recommend Sappelt Roofing and Repair to anybody, as I am very well pleased with them. The first time I used them they fixed a hole in my roof. They came right away, knowing it was an inconvenience, and accurately said it would need to be retouched in about 2 or so years. They just came back about 2 years later, as they had estimated, to repair the hole again as it had started to loosen. It is only a few shingles but they fix it in a timely matter, which is important now that thunderstorms are coming into my town. Very pleased with the service and think they are just the best! more

Sappelt Roofing & Repair did a great job. I had another company put some roofing on my sun room. Well, they did the whole house, and the sun room had skylights that ended up with two or three leaks in it. The guy came back out, and I have to give him credit because he tried to repair the problem, but he couldn't do it, so I started looking in the phone book for someone who could. Sappelt Roofing & Repair did one small job for us, and we're in the middle of working things out for a major project that we'll be using them on. We have a complex of 8 buildings and a total of 88 units that are in varying stages. As a Homeowners Association, we're trying to handle the immediate problems with the holes in the roof on spot at a time. We have no complaints so far, but you never really know until the rainy season. They were very polite, and impressed me with their response time. All my calls were returned quickly, and my questions were answered thoroughly. They started when they said they would, and kept me updated as to both the process they were employing, and the progress of the work. Working with Jeff from Sappelt Roofing & Repair was a really good experience. Right off the bat, I was impressed by his quick response time. Though a site I found online, I put in a request for information, and he called me about a minute later. This was a Sunday. He was out on Monday, and the entire job was done by Tuesday. I find that incredibly fast. Jeff repaired five leaks in my roof, correcting the mistakes of the last roofers who didn't know what they were doing. He also found an issue with the flashing on one side of the house, which he didn't even have to investigate for me. I'm going to bring him back out to fix this problem as soon as I can get things worked out with my insurance company. Aside from responding quickly and doing great work, Jeff was a really friendly, cool guy. His prices are affordable, too, which makes a huge difference. He went above and beyond in our dealings, and I will use his again because of it. more

When buying my home, I was notified by a city inspector that some minor roof repairs were necessary. I chose to handle the issue myself, and didn't get around to it until recently, when some heavy thunderstorms lead to leakage issues. I found Sappelt Roofing & Repair on the internet, through a website that allows you to solicit bids from contractors. Jeff was the first to get back to me. He called the same day I began the search, and was out to my home the following day. He climbed right up, looked around for a moment, and told me that things weren't in bad shaped at all. He even brought me up to the roof to show me what he would be doing. When he first arrived, I couldn't find the inspector's report that prompted the repairs, but when I did I was pleased to see that Jeff noticed the exact issues the inspector had. This inspired a lot of confidence in his abilities. Jeff completed the work that day, and I found the price to be quite fair. Speaking of the price, I didn't have any checks handy when Jeff was leaving, and he allowed me to mail it to him. I feel that in being so kind and trusting, he really went the extra mile.
