Review content:
Working with Jeff from Sappelt Roofing & Repair was a really good experience. Right off the bat, I was impressed by his quick response time. Though a site I found online, I put in a request for information, and he called me about a minute later. This was a Sunday. He was out on Monday, and the entire job was done by Tuesday. I find that incredibly fast.
Jeff repaired five leaks in my roof, correcting the mistakes of the last roofers who didn't know what they were doing. He also found an issue with the flashing on one side of the house, which he didn't even have to investigate for me. I'm going to bring him back out to fix this problem as soon as I can get things worked out with my insurance company.
Aside from responding quickly and doing great work, Jeff was a really friendly, cool guy. His prices are affordable, too, which makes a huge difference. He went above and beyond in our dealings, and I will use his again because of it.
