Review content:
Sappelt Roofing & Repair did one small job for us, and we're in the middle of working things out for a major project that we'll be using them on. We have a complex of 8 buildings and a total of 88 units that are in varying stages. As a Homeowners Association, we're trying to handle the immediate problems with the holes in the roof on spot at a time. We have no complaints so far, but you never really know until the rainy season. The people before didn't do a good job, and as we're finding problem spots we're having Sappelt attack them one at a time.
