Review content:
When buying my home, I was notified by a city inspector that some minor roof repairs were necessary. I chose to handle the issue myself, and didn't get around to it until recently, when some heavy thunderstorms lead to leakage issues. I found Sappelt Roofing & Repair on the internet, through a website that allows you to solicit bids from contractors. Jeff was the first to get back to me.
He called the same day I began the search, and was out to my home the following day. He climbed right up, looked around for a moment, and told me that things weren't in bad shaped at all. He even brought me up to the roof to show me what he would be doing. When he first arrived, I couldn't find the inspector's report that prompted the repairs, but when I did I was pleased to see that Jeff noticed the exact issues the inspector had. This inspired a lot of confidence in his abilities.
Jeff completed the work that day, and I found the price to be quite fair. Speaking of the price, I didn't have any checks handy when Jeff was leaving, and he allowed me to mail it to him. I feel that in being so kind and trusting, he really went the extra mile. Working with Sappelt Roofing & Repair was a very pleasant experience.
