I visited this gym in my quest to find a replacement for 24-Hour Fitness, which I've grown to loathe.\r

I have an unusual work schedule, which involves working in the mornings, having the afternoons off, and then returning to work in the evenings. So, I worked out in the afternoon, which was very uncrowded, but it would be at almost any gym at that time.\r

This particular club has day spa and massage services in the front. This and the furnishings all add a comfortable feeling to the club.\r

The locker room is incredible! It reminded me of the women's locker room at the Olympic Club. They're commodious with a coat hanger bar across the top. Some lockers can be rented for an additional monthly charge. Towels are plentiful, as are other grooming supplies. Showers were hot and strong. \r

My actual workout was fun. The equipment was first rate. I really appreciated having the screens on the cardio equipment. I think it can work out longer by being distracted by what's on the tube. Besides, I can never use the excuse that's something good is on TV. I can watch AND work out. Trainers were on the floor working with patrons. Two of the trainers also have training in physical therapy, which would be good for me. \r
