Santa Monica BMW

The sales person, Carmen, I worked with is wonderful. I have worked with her on previous cars in another BMW dealership and followed her to the Santa Monica BMW even though that location is not practical for me. I will probably continue to maintenance my car at the BH BMW where I previously leased. more

The car is excellent, cant say enough about how fantastic everything turned out. I was recently reminded of the service you provided me. A friend purchased a 2007 Z4 from a dealer in the U.S around the same time I did and things did not go as planed. The car was in horrible condition to say the least. I went to take a look at the vehicle and when I saw it, I felt grateful for the service and condition of my vehicle. Keep up the high level of service--I would love to have this great experience my next service. The staff was the most efficient, friendly and courteous that I have encountered at Santa Monica BMW. Reynaldo and Rosie were quick and efficient. I was greeted immediately upon my arrival and introduced to Ray (Reynaldo), who quickly took down all of my information. Everything was dealt with on the service end. Ray was terrific. He called me to advise when the car was ready and told me I could pick it up the next morning at my convenience. I forgot to remove a box from the trunk of the rental car and I called the next day to ask about it. Turned out that Rosie had already retrieved the package and had left me a voice mail, which I had not yet heard. She told me that she had the box and I could pick it up from her. This was handled "beautifully." It was great not having a big bill at this end; the warranty actually covered this repair! Brakes are no longer making whistling sound-guess the new brakes were in order. I have not yet been able to test the navigation or CD player to confirm problems resolved. Car was washed and clean. Car washed-I was happy. To make this better, you cold vacuum interior, but that's just me! The loaner was a new 328i, and I loved it. All of the controls were familiar BMW. more

Again, can't say enough about Sven and how great he was to work with. He is a true pro, understands my time and values it and knows exactly what to take care of. He went over and above and that is what I think makes for excellent service. I sell millions of dollars in advertsing each week and service is key to my work - Sven knows this as well. It went PERFECTLY in all aspects. Very happy with the purchase and will recommend to my firends more

The most pleasant experience I had since I own a BMW. My car was due to service so I took it to SMBMW and I was amazed by the courtesy and professionalism with which I was treated. My service advisor Matthias (call him the Austrian) took care of me and my car, that gave me the feeling I belong to his family. He explained to me in a manner so I could actually understand what was wrong with my BMW and what needs to be fixed. He was efficient and courteous in a way that made a miserable morning, into a pleasant experience. This guy is something else!!! When it comes to cars, I would say there is nothing he doesn't know about them and !!!!! he has an understanding, that you don't have the best time when you have to take your beamer to the garage. He even mastered to explain the problem that I had in terms I could understand. My car was finished right on time, as promised and clean. I got walked to the cashier by the "Austrian" and I felt really comfortable to be in the presence of this gentleman. This is a total different SMBMW as experienced in previous visits. If you ever have to go to a BMW dealership I can only recommend to visit SMBMW and make sure you ask for Matthias or the "Austrian" when you make your appointment. You will be amazed I can assure you. Just as I was leaving I remembered I want to pair my Bluetooth Mobil with my beamer, which is not always the easiest procedure, Matthias observed that I was somehow struggling so he came out to the sidewalk asked if I needed some assistance and did the whole procedure for me at no cost plus he explained to me how to do this so that I am now able to do it myself should I ever have to. As I offered him a tip he declined with a smile and the words "no need for that, a thank you is more than enough" Go there ask for Matthias and your day will be this little bit more

I wanted a car right away, and Jessica and Lorelei made the decision easy for me. I was especially impressed with Lorelei's ability to let me see other dealerships before making a final purchase. It showed her faith in BMW. If she really had a superior deal, then she had nothing to fear by letting me see the other dealerships. She was right to let me go, because I came right back. And if she had given me some story about how the same deal wouldn't be there in a week, I would have never come back, because everyone hates a liar. She played it perfectly!!! more
