Worst

On 10-21-2011, I purchased a new chevy van from Sands Glendale. I also purchased a Safe-Care Maintenance Contract which states in writing that oil and filter will be changed ever...

I was looking for a car with lots of 5/1/2012

I was looking for a car with lots of extras and great gas mileage like the prius. I received a call from Charle with a great deal. He told me about the new Chev Volt and all the features it offers. I asked if there was a proto type I could look at on line and he told me to come to the dealership as they had them on the lot!! I plan to drive one in the near future when I return to the area. Charles was very knowledgable about the options offered and I would love to buy my next car from him. more

Recently I went to Sands and worked with a wonderful young man named Charles. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was patient with me, not pushy like most salesmen. He gave me a few choices of cars that interested me which made my descision much easier! Really appreciated his attitude! Would definately recommend everyone to work with Charles! more

I needed a car for my growing family but knew my credit want'nt the greatest. Brian found the perfect car for my wife and I and kept it into what I was wanting to spend. Overall my experience with sands was excellent and would come back again for another car. more

I have never received service at a 5/1/2012

I have never received service at a dealership like I did at sands with Charles Madden. His charm it's self could have sold me the worst car in the lot. Unfortunately I was not able to make a purchase that day, but I will be back without question, as long as Charles is the one insuring I get the best service there. more

I have dealt with other car dealers. Unfortunately I have not had the level of professionalism that I received tonight from Nelson Garcia at sands Chevrolet in Phoenix. The dealership was immaculate. Everyone was friendly. There were no ""high pressure"" tactics like other dealerships and I got a FANTASTIC deal! more

Was hesitant at first to visit the tent 4/30/2012

Was hesitant at first to visit the tent sales event, however I was unable to buy at this event, I will be definitely visiting with Joe Chambers at Sands Glendale to purchase my Traverse. I have worked with the people at Sands Chevrolet for a few years now. The staff is great and easy to work with. This year I visited them out at the Tent Sale and got myself a new Silverado! i love my new truck and it wouldn't have happened without Matt and the great people at Sands! more

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mike LaBerge in the fleet department at Sands Chevrolet. It was by far the best experience I have had yet and I have purchased more than my share of cars. Everyone else I have dealt with there was great as well. Very relaxed atmosphere. more

I have purchased plenty of cars over 4/30/2012

I have purchased plenty of cars over the years and Scott Collins is best salesperson I ever had. I called him on the phone and told me he had the car in stock. I arrived in an hour and he had the car pulled up next to his office.I took the car for a quick spin and i was in in out of the dealership, and everything stayed the same as i was quoted, the service was excellent. So if you need a vehicle and want to meet a salesmen with integrity and experience do not hesitate to call Sands chevrolet and ask for Scott Collins. My highest recommendation. Completely satisfied 2011 Corvette owner more
