Worst

On 10-21-2011, I purchased a new chevy van from Sands Glendale. I also purchased a Safe-Care Maintenance Contract which states in writing that oil and filter will be changed ever...

I went into look at a Chevy Camaro and 4/28/2012

I went into look at a Chevy Camaro and everything went great. The Garry salesman explained how the car work and took me out to a test drive. I thought the sales man Garry was great, I didn't feel like he was pushing me to make a sale. He let me make my decision and I feel comfortable with the car that I chose. more

Sands Chevrolet has been around for a very long time doing business at the same location. I have purchased about 20 vehicles there over the years. If you are looking for a sales person that is honest and straightforward, I would highly recommend Dave Kissell. more

i have bad credit but when i came to 4/3/2012

i have bad credit but when i came to here to purchase a car, they helped me to get approved for a partly used chevy equinox i love it! Carlos zarate did possibly everything to make sure i got approved he wasn't my original salesmen but he helped me out so much and i really appreciate it. Unfortunately i believe my SUV was a bit over priced for having over 140000 miles and it being a 2007...after i got my svu home 8 fuses went out, the shocks on my tailgate worn out and the check stablizertrack system light keeps appearing...all within 2 weeks of having this vehicle. since my automoblie has too many miles there was no warranty offer to help repair my newly purchased vehicle but lucky i know 2 mechanics...this is a great place to buy a car if you have bad credit i guess they really do have terrific customer service and their office is really clean. they dedicated their time to help me get approved i still love my chevy too more

Great place to buy a new car, 4/2/2012

Great place to buy a new car, especially if you buy it from Pete Johnson. He is a good guy who will tell it like it is. We bought Sonic based on his suggestions, we wanted features like remote start and Bluetooth but are on a tight budget. Pete showed us a Sonic LT with all the features we wanted for under $18,000. Awesome car! THANK YOU !! more

Sands Chevrolet Glendale could not have 4/2/2012

Sands Chevrolet Glendale could not have been better. We have went to a few different places whose service was not quite up to our expectations. Joe Chambers was very professional and provided us quality customer service to get us into my dream car,a 2012 Chevy Traverse in a beautiful blue. We have been looking at this model for sometime, but have not been able to find a dealership who could find us a deal with our credit and at the price range we can afford. Sands Glendale was able to meet our needs without pressuring us. more

Anne West has been extremely helpful as we tried to find a vehicle that is not available in our area. She has been accommodating in many more ways than some other car sales persons I have encountered. After looking for the right car online, 3/31/2012

After looking for the right car online, I decided to go down to Sands after dealing with Jimmy Barber over the phone. He was patient, polite, and did not pressure me into buying. He was very knowledgeable. He has a great relationship with his managers and its very clear they like to have fun and play games on each other. At the end of the day, I was priority. I will recommend anyone I can to these guys and Im 100% certain that my family will get the BEST deal imaginable and the best price for the trade!!!! more

I purchased a 2010 Malibu and got the price and vehicle I wanted I am overwhelmed with how customer friendly brian and andrew were. although it took over 4hrs to complete all the paper work i am satisfied with how everything ended. i would recommend sands chevy more

Hello my name is Alejandra and I got a truck from sands chevrolet in glendale and my sales man was waseem in the new cars department he was the one to great me when I drove up he was verry nice and respectful. I told him what I wanted and he showed me what I wanted and he showed me everything about the truck even how to turn on the AC. So I took it for a text drive and loved it and we started the deal well I got a great deal from sands well I will highly recomend sands chevrolet in glendale to all my family and friends but they have to go see waseem the best sales man ever. I had a great experience at sands. I had a LOT of questions and Kristoffer Sweeny was VERY patient and answered all of them. I was shopping around and the customer service here was the best.
