On 10-21-2011, I purchased a new chevy van from Sands Glendale. I also purchased a Safe-Care Maintenance Contract which states in writing that oil and filter will be changed ever...

While visiting in Phoenix I decided to go price some cars. I went into Sands Chevrolet, I was met by Charles Madden. He showed me a variety of cars. He was very knowledgeable about his product and explained things well. Eventhough I was just looking when I make my decision it will be with Charles at Sands Chevrolet. more

I was turned down at so many other places that I was about to make a big mistake and go to a buy here pay here place. But Anastasia Watson from Sands Chevrolet called me and explained how she could help me get out of my piece of junk and into something better. I was skeptical, as I said I was turned down by others. But she helped me get into a truck... not only that but a NEW one! I never thought I could get a decent used one let alone a brand new Silverado. Thanks so much to Sands Chevrolet and Anastasia. She is a great lady. If you go into Sands be sure to ONLY see her! more

I came into your lot for a car and although the car of dreams (yellow mustang) was not there Mike Kroski your salesman on the lot was really helpful to me. He showed other cars that were more in my budget and even advised on the process for financing a car here. I have been around to a couple of other lots to see cars but Mike Kroski was the most helpful (not pushy) but rather charming and smart about how the car industry. Recently my car has been on the fritz and with little money to my name I've been dreading the idea of having to look for another car. I stopped by Sands on the way home from work and took a look at what all they had. When I was there a sales man came up to me (great right, this guys going to try and sell me anything). I was actually taken back when talking to this rep. I told him my story and he talked with me about what all could be done to help me as well as what all they had to offer someone with my budget. I actually felt like it was ok that I wasn't ready to buy just yet and the rep let me know he would be there to help when I was ready and capable. This approach was nothing like any of the other dealerships I went to. (I don't have the reps card in front of me so I hope I spell his/your name right) Mike Krosskey, thank you for making me feel a little better about the car buying process. When it comes time, I'll be calling you. more
