As a first time buyer, all the advertisements about zero down were what attracted me in the first place. However, we did not expect to purchase a car at all. The first thing that caught our attention was that Tony, one of the sales associates, came right out to us as soon as we exited our car. He was extremely genuine and friendly, and was polite and diligent in getting our information and working with his boss, Laura, to figure out the best fit for me. Well, low and behold, there was a pretty incredible deal there on an 07 Accord, a great car that will run forever. Slight cosmetic damage, but overall, an A rated car. However, I just didn't feel at peace over purchasing it. We talked for a while, and decided not to go through with the deal. However, Tony and Laura sat down with us and literally said ""What can we do, to get you into that car?"" We outlined somethings, and they went back and did their absolute best to meet those qualifications. They did not meet them perfectly, however, they did quite a bit to get close. And that close was enough. This whole time, Tony was patient and kind and never exhibited any signs of frustration or worry or anything, despite the fact it took almost 6 hours to complete everything. Overall, an excellent dealership, you just need to be flexible and reasonable. I do not know about the rest of the sales team, but Tony is someone I would definitely recommend, along with the dealership. Very excited about my first car, and looking forward to owning it for quite a while.
