Rebecca Loibl was very,very helpful in my selection of hardware for my kitchen cabinets. She suggested bringing in a door to make sure the width of the hardware could be accommodated on a door with a curved molding. I have other needs for hardware and will wait until she is available to help me with future purchases. more

A favorable shopping Experience 12/7/2011

I was assisted by several in-store people who were more than happy to help me find the knob-sets that I was interested in finding or at least finding something close to a match. The entire experience was extremely helpful, friendly, courteous, and definitely enjoyable. I didn't find the actual match but did find a suitable replacement knob-set that I ordered. more

From the first time I walked in the door to the point where I left with my special order in hand, my experience with SDH was fantastic. The broad selection, attractive displays and personal attention from Rebecca Loibl exceeded my expectations. Rebecca reliably responded to voice mail and email follow up inquiries. I checked prices online and confirmed the prices offered by SDH were competitive, with the added benefit of professional advice from a knowledgable sales person. My products were received in the timeframe quoted which was very important. The only negative was the check out process which was a bit slow. I have already passed along my recommendation to a few friends and colleagues who are contemplating remodeling projects more
