From the first time I walked in the door to the point where I left with my special order in hand, my experience with SDH was fantastic. The broad selection, attractive displays and personal attention from Rebecca Loibl exceeded my expectations. Rebecca reliably responded to voice mail and email follow up inquiries. I checked prices online and confirmed the prices offered by SDH were competitive, with the added benefit of professional advice from a knowledgable sales person. My products were received in the timeframe quoted which was very important. The only negative was the check out process which was a bit slow. I have already passed along my recommendation to a few friends and colleagues who are contemplating remodeling projects
