I live in WA state so my first interaction with Rebecca was via phone. SHe was amazing both on the phone and in person. I will and have recommned SDH, but Rebecca! 6/29/2012

My only complaint is that the price seems really good until i have to pay double shipping - once to ship to your place, then again to ship to mine. I have recommended SDH already, but warned my friends to seriously look at the pricing after double shipping.On a $97 oder, by shipping was over $30! more

In addition to my general summary above, I would especially like to name sales specialist Rebecca Loibl, a dedicated and hard working, patient and professional sales person, with great knowledge of available products. She answered all my questions, returned phone calls and answered emails in timely manner and helped to choose hardware specific for our needs. Great selection & service 6/8/2012

I went in with specific requirements for bathroom fixtures and was immediately shown some selections to choose from. There were various levels of quality from good to really high-end. I selected something that wasn't in stock, but the delivery to the store was quick (2 weeks) and pick-up was very fast and easy. more

Fantastic selection, well displayed, outstanding customer service. 6/8/2012

Toward the end of our kitchen remodeling project I visited San Diego Hardware to choose the finishing touches for our cabinets. I tend to become overwhelmed with too many choices and Rebecca was there to narrow things down for me. I took samples home and made an appointment with her to go over our final selections, which are being installed today. The hardware looks beautiful with my new cabinets and I would like to thank Rebecca for all her help. more

Service delivered on Baldwin door lockset. 6/5/2012

Our challenge was to replace a Baldwin Lockset and all hardware for our home at Ocean Hills Country Club. We moved here from another state so did not know who to contact about installation. Bill Haynesworth was excellent at walking us through the process and interceding with Baldwin when parts were inadvertently ordered in duplicate. Our installer, Chuck Derr, should be #1 in line when you recommend an installer. He was friendly, professional, easy to work with and provided a level of customer service that reflects very well on San Diego Hardware. more

Superb selection, great customer service. 6/4/2012

The sales person Leslie was awesome! She even helped entertain our 3 year old, so that my husband and I could shop. Their selection, while a bit overwhelming at first, was great. I went in a few different times and got to go through the whole show room. Getting to see everything gave me the confidence to know that I made the right choices and was really able to get what I wanted. They even offered to call a manufacturer to see if they could make a special size that I would need. Overall a great experience! more
