I would like to commend Eric Billington and Michael McDonald for "going above and beyond" in their customer service today. This was my first visit to your store. In addition to your comprehensive merchandise and easy to understand merchandising, your sales specialists Eric and Michael were helpful, informative and patient. We chose SD Hardware because of the many options they provided. We knew going in they were priced a bit higher than other stores but we knew we would be getting high quality products. Vickie Petersen and her manager, Dori, were most helpful in allowing us to actually take the cabinet pulls we were interested in home with us to place on our new cabinets. We are now 95 complete with our remodel project and seeing how the actual pull sizes looked for each cabinet & drawer made such a difference in our decision. We even went back to SD Hardware to place another special order for a unique pull for an upper wet bar cabinet that has 2 hands holding a bottle with mother of pearl surrounding the bottle. It looks amazing as well as all the pulls we chose for our new kitchen! We can't thank Vickie and Dori enough for their kindness, knowledge and assistance. We highly recommend San Diego Hardware to anyone that is in the market for standard or unique items. Thanks so much SD Hardware! more
